While‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ striving for personal success, we are likely to come across these mental barriers which are so cleverly disguised as the most logical reasons to give up. Here, we are discussing two most common barriers - the idea that you do not have the proper education or that you lack a certificate, and the overwhelming fear of the unknown which makes you stay in your comfort ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌zone. True progress comes when we redefine what "education" means and face our fears with what we already possess.

A lot of people still think because of no diploma or higher degree certificates they can't achieve great things in life. But it is much more than that. Education and knowledge give people access to many opportunities and help them see how the real world works. With education, you can discover more and more things. But education is not much about diplomas and certificates.

If you think about it, most of us have much more knowledge and skills than we realize. Those skills aren't taught in school, get to learn them on your own. Why do you think it is that today so many people are spending more time online to develop their skills and knowledge than they do in school?

Maybe you don't think about what you can do with your time. But you should because it will give you access to unlimited opportunities and your life can be so much better than you think. Today, I have seen graduates who dropped their certificates and learn new skills online that give them the opportunities to become successful. The internet is becoming the ultimate university for many people not for the degrees but for the skills.

Think about it this way. What is the next step for you to take with your life? Which skills do you need to develop? What skills are you missing? Is there a field where you are willing to try new things? How can you expand your skills to the next level?

So many people choose to stay in their comfort zone for fear of the unknown. It is understandable. Being afraid of the unknown is understandable. Most of us have never been far from the things we know, we are afraid of the unknown because we can't imagine what it would be like. We‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ often shy away from a challenge and assume that we are not capable of doing it. However, in most cases, it is simply a lack of knowledge that limits us to our comfort zone.

Would you like to find out the best method of making that initial move? The best method is to change your ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌mindset. When you want to learn new things, use the new brain process. Instead of thinking about what you don't know you have to be open to what you have. What I am saying is that it's what you have that you can use to get what you don't. The question now is, what do you have? If you want to improve your life, start by asking yourself the question, "What do I have that I can use to improve my life? What is that thing? Then use your mind to think about what you want to do with that thing and you are on your way to success.

Stop defining your potential by the diplomas you lack. The‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ internet is today's final university, it is the source of the skills that you will need to be successful no matter what education you had before. At the same time, do not let the apprehension of something you do not know hinder your progress. It is better to think less about the unknown and more about what you can do. Hence, you should use your abilities, knowledge, and the resources that you have to take that ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌step. The moment you start to use what you have in order to get what you do not, you are actually progressing towards making ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌it.
