They must be in a state of discomfort to be telling you all their secrets like that. All they ask is to be looked at with focus and thoughtfulness. In return, they will reveal the solution. Encountering a tangled mess of wires on the floor it is a cry for help from you: the savior. The only one that can peer through the chaos and find the solution.

It’s the same with life. Things that feel defeating and difficult are a form of intelligence begging for you, the savior, to understand and make sense of them. Instead of an imposing limitation, perhaps it’s best to think of difficulty as an encounter with a chaos that has been desperately seeking you to set it free because it cannot free itself. Perhaps, to chaos, you are a powerful and fantastical entity that all points of chaos spend eternity hoping to meet in order to finally be set free.

Maybe all the stories of magical creatures are true, and our inability to see them is because we are them. Maybe there’s a world that is inanimate (to our eyes) that possesses an non-sentient intelligence (IE: the way a knot communicates), that speaks to us, to summon us, to release itself.
