Pero, eso es harina de otro saco.
Volviendo al tema que nos propone la iniciativa, una reflexión en torno a la pregunta ¿Cómo preservar la verdad frente a la manipulación digital? Y me preguntaba, ¿cómo el asunto de la preservación de la verdad en estos tiempos digitales podría tener algo que ver con la firma de la rendición japonesa? Tras meditarlo un poco, quizá no demasiado o tanto como lo hubiese deseado, llegué a la conclusión que nos debemos permitir conservar la memoria del holocausto en plena era digital porque solo recordando sucesos atroces estaremos atentos a situaciones que nos permita evitar que horrores como esos vuelvan a ocurrir.
Aunque debo admitir que en este sentido parece que estamos perdiendo el horizonte, o quizá nunca se ha tenido. Tras los conflictos entre Rusia y Ucrania, Israel-Palestina, la República de Bharat y Pakistán por solo nombrar los conflictos que más rondan por las redes sociales, me hace pensar que es súper-urgente repensar el asunto de conservar la memoria histórica en pro de la verdad.
En nombre de la verdad hay que de algún modo experimentar mecanismos que nos permita tener pensamiento crítico, pero que a la vez no nos solape información. Ahora bien, si me preguntan ¿Qué o cuáles mecanismos pueden ser útiles? Mi respuesta será no lo sé. Aunque valoro mucho que desde la iniciativa del mes se nos proponga pensar en estos asuntos que suelen no ser tomados en cuenta.
Me llevo estas palabras como una invitación a reflexionar sobre cómo podemos preservar la verdad, o mejor dicho los hechos históricos, cuando hablamos de verdad o mentira estamos abordando el asunto desde la moral, creo que de manera previa debemos contemplar el fenómeno en sí o me gusta pensar de ese modo hasta cierto punto. Porque la verdad como algo universal es algo complejo, en cambio un hecho histórico, es algo puntual y sobre el hecho se puede edificar tanto verdades o mentiras. todo depende de la perspectiva, perspectiva que puede ser moralizante o no.
