Today I finally made it to the Diamond One League in Splendorlands game, and this is what I wanted to do for the last couple of days, but it was not happening. However, now it's finally done. As I already discussed in my previous blog, I will be playing as usual and will not be trying to enter the Champions League this time unless something miraculous happens, where I am winning a lot of battles, and that takes me forward in the league.
My current rating is 3540, so from here to the Champions League is not far away. It is like I need another 160 rating to enter the Champions League, for which I'll not be trying hard. I will be trying to play on a low scale, which means I'm not going to put a lot of effort into the battles to increase my rating. Instead, I will continue to play as usual, and let's see how it works for me.
Recently, I was checking for the rental history on the Peak Monster website, and I got to see that there is a market fee, which is 4% and I was aware of that, but there is something new for me, and that is 2% burn fee. So basically they are charging 4% as market fee which makes sense because they are providing a platform for the user so it makes sense but out of that 50% they are burning and this is how they are reducing the supply for the DEC or some other token whichever is used for making the payment. as far as I understand that in crypto market burn is a mechanism through which the supply is reduced and this reduction we can expect more value appreciation because it is all based on supply and demand. Even if the demand is consistent and it is not increasing, then also with burning some sort of value appreciation will happen because it is the mechanism that is reducing the supply, and in the long run, it can be seen because it will reflect, but might take some time.
So this is a good initiative that Peak Monster has taken because they are one of the popular portals for the Splinter Lands game players, and I have seen a lot of people using the Peak Monster web portal for their different requirements. They also offer the premium but I don't know how it is different because I have never tried it but sometime back I go to see an announcement post where they mentioned it is free for all But I have never gone through this part in detail but I think now I should do it so will be going deep down in that to figure out the difference between a basic user and the premium user on the platform.
I use Peak Monster primarily for the rental management, and although these options are also available on the Splinterlands website. But the kind of options are available on peakmonster is very easy and the user interface is also user friendly so I prefer using it because there are no charges for doing that and this 4% charge is basically applied by the game itself so no matter what platform or the portal you use you will have to pay those charges and I think this burn mechanism is also introduced by the splinterlands itself overall it is a good initiative to burn something and keep on reducing the supply.

This ongoing season is going to end in next four days so we can do be the time when the season will be ending and if you're planning to increase your league then I believe now is the time to put more efforts on the battleground but because I'm not planning to do that so I'll not be doing it However I'm not going to stop my gameplay and I will continue to play as usual without putting any extra effort on the battles to win more.
