The Power of Max-Level Cards: Three Reasons to Play with a High-Level Deck

Hello Splinterlands and Hive Fam!

I hope that life is treating you well wherever you are in this part of the world. The weekend is also.

My Splinterlands Game account is - FinPulse9.

I have read some of the articles where people are Splinterlands game. It's really a fantastic game, and today in this blog, I'll be sharing three reasons why it is a great idea to play with Max-level cards and how tweet turns out to be a fantastic gameplay experience with those high-level or Max-level cards.

I've been playing the game since the beginning of this year, and when I joined the game, I was given a set of 30 max-level cards by my mentor @bravetofu , and to be honest, at that time, I had no idea about. I started playing the game, and every day I spent a few hours to learn more about the best practices to be followed on the battleground. Gradually, I got to know that the importance of a high-level card is really good because I had 30 cards with me on the Max level, so it was helping me a lot to win proportionately more battles. We have to admit that winning more battles is a great motivation and encourages us to play even more.

Because I was winning more battles so it was giving me more confidence to play even more. Possibly, I wouldn't have tried to play more battles if my winning battle ratio was not good. I was able to maintain a winning ratio of approximately 50% which I think was too good for me. It was the time when Chaos Legion edition was part of the modern, and I was playing in modern only because at that time I had no idea what the Wild format was. After a few months, things changed in the game because the Chaos Legion was excluded from the modern format, and by that time, I also lost the delegation because earlier it was for a month, but I got it extended for another month, which I really appreciate and thank my mentor, Brave, a lot.

So you can say that I had a fantastic time on the battleground at the beginning of my journey in the game, and it's all because I had max-level cards, which I was using nicely on the battleground in the modern format. I lost the delegation, then I got to know about the rental market. I started taking the cars from the rental market at a higher level, or Max level, whatever was available in the market. It was also going good, but the bigger change happened in my gameplay when the Chaos Legion was excluded, and the cards' availability also impacted the rental market. The rental charges were on the highest side, which I was not able to match, and that is why I decided that I will continue to play in the Wild format, where any card can be used.

There are multiple formats in the game. So when playing in the modern format was getting challenging for me, then I thought I should explore the Wild from it, and I figured out that it is a format in the game where I can use any edition card. But there was a cost which I needed to pay every season, and that is $2, which I thought was reasonable, so I started playing in the wild format, and I continued to take the cards either on the Max level or if not available, then I chose to high-level card which is available.

  • I experienced that the experience in the game changes significantly when we play with max-level or high-level cards. When I say high-level cards, then it is not less than 6, and most probably it can be 7 or 8, also if it is a common rarity. But in any case, it is not less than 6, excluding the legendary rarity edition. The changes are in the form of the winning ratio because cards become very powerful, and it improves the winning ratio a lot. But we need to understand that placing the card at the right spot according to the rules set is also important, and we need to learn these tapes to utilise the card in the best way possible.
  • Winning more battles means I can accumulate more rating, which will lead me further and open the door to the higher league. Also, we all know that with the higher league, the reward is also going to be higher. At some point type my SPS holding was not enough. So,o when I was unlocking the higher league, which is diamond, that time my reward was reduced because my SPS holding was low. I purchased some SPS and increased my SPS holding above 100 K in the game, but I also got some additional SPS delegated to me, and this is done by the community, so I am very thankful to them.
  • I still play in the wild format, but every season when I take cards on the rent, I make sure that I go for the Max level cards, whatever I need, and if the Max level is not available, le then the next high level card I'll go for without worrying about the rental cost. Why use the rental market a lot because this is the place where I get almost every card I need, and generally, I take the cards I'm more familiar with and also try a few new cards every season, and I take those cards on the rent. ✨✧✦✧✨✧✦✧✨✧✦✧✨✨✧✦✧✨✧✦✧✨✧✦✧✨✨✧✦✧✨✧✦✧✨✧✦✧✨✨✧✦✧✨

There are so many cards in the gam, and honestly, I don't know about so many ca.. So this is one of the reasons why I do not experiment. I'm more familiar with the Chaos Legion Edition cards, and this is why I prefer taking them on the rent every season, but I do understand that it is important to learn new things, and I'm trying, but it can take some time to gain experience for me. For now Wild is the best format for me even though I need to pay $2 every season but I'm OK with that because this is where I can use the cards I take from the rental market and the rental charge is also reasonable But if I go for the modern format the cost of rental is significantly high and at this moment I don't want to invest that much money on the rental cost. Thank you!
