Me he perdido un poco porque la verdad estoy full en el trabajo,en el gym,en mi casa y bueno no me da chance de nada 😩 hoy decidí subirle algo ya que estoy en mi casa,no fui a trabajar,motivado a que amanecí con fiebre,malestar en el cuerpo y dolor de cabeza,creo que fue porque ayer cuando venía del trabajo me moje en la lluvia 😩😩

Bueno hoy quiero contarles que ya empecé a el gimnasio, tengo una semana que comencé y ustedes no se imaginan lo feliz que estoy 🥹 después de casi 8 meses sin por asistir ya gracias a Dios empecé nuevamente 😻😻 me ha hecho muy bien estar de nuevo es mi lugar favorito ❤️‍🩹 empecé a ir con una amiga así q no voy sola jajaja, pero enserio estoy tan pero tan feliz de poder estar allí nuevamente ❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹🥹

Well today I want to tell you that I have already started at the gym, I have a week since I started and you can't imagine how happy I am 🥹 after almost 8 months without attending and thank God I started again 😻😻 it has done me a lot of good to be back again is my favorite place ❤️‍🩹 I started going with a friend so I do not go alone hahaha, but seriously I am so but so happy to be able to be there again ❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹🥹

Claro mi doctora me dijo que si podía comenzar Pero no puedo excederme con los pesos,todo lo que haga tiene que ser con un peso bajo ☹️ pero bueno aquí vamos adaptándome poco a poco ❤️‍🩹 por aquí les dejaré unas fotos que me tomé el día lunes❤️‍🩹 espero le guste ✨✨
