Amigos vengo a contarles algo que me pasó el día miércoles en mi trabajo, bueno ese día llegaron las gandolas y entre todos estábamos cargando las cajas que llegan allí, amigos y cuándo yo estaba agarrando una cajita se me enredo en los pies un fleje y cuando quise quitarmelo me caí y me di un golpe horrible en la parte de la espalda, en los glúteos y en la pierna izquierda me di un poco duro,y ahora desde ese día ese cargo un dolor muy insoportable en la columna,coxis y la parte de la cadera 😩 ayer no pude trabajar bien por el dolor 😩 creo que mi mamá me llevará hacerme una placa porque el dolor es muy fastidioso y bueno anoche mi papá tuvo que echarme mentol porque me dolía mucho eso y la cervical 😩

Friends, I'm here to tell you something that happened to me on Wednesday at work. Well, that day the trucks arrived and we were all loading the boxes that arrived there, friends, and when I was picking up a small box, a strap got tangled around my feet and when I tried to remove it, I fell and hit my back really hard. I hit my buttocks and left leg pretty hard, and now, since that day, I've had unbearable pain in my spine, tailbone, and hip. 😩 Yesterday I couldn't work well because of the pain 😩 I think my mom will take me to get an X-ray because the pain is very annoying. Last night my dad had to rub menthol on me because it hurt so much, and my neck hurt too 😩
