Hello dear friends, I hope you are all well. I want to thank everyone who supported my previous post when I made the Cinella robot. It was a pleasure for me that you liked it. This time I want to share with you a fan art I made of our friend Warckoo. I wanted to combine it with art, so I did it, gazing at the Starry Night painted by Van Gogh, one of my favorite paintings, in the mountains. I made this drawing with colored pencils, and obviously the representation is not the same as the original, but I wanted to give it a different touch, adapted for our friend. I hope you like it.
Hola queridos amigos, espero que se encuentren muy bien, quier dar las gracias a todos los que apoyaron mi anterior publicación cuando hice el robot de Cinella, ha sido un placer para mi que les haya gustado. En esta oportunidad quiero compartir con ustedes un fan art que hice de nuestro amigo Warckoo, quise unirlo al arte así que lo hice contemplando en las montañas la Noche Estrellada que pinto Van Gogh una de mis pinturas favoritas. Hice este dibujo con lápices de colores y obviamente la representación no es igual que original pero quise darle un toque diferente adaptado para nuestro amigo, espero que les guste.

I drew the picture on a small piece of cardboard. I wanted to do it portrait-style, so I wanted to retain most of the Starry Night elements. So I sketched our friend Wrackoo in a cartoonish style, simply with a pencil, and I drew each of his parts until I had the whole thing complete.
Hice el dibujo en una cartulina pequeña, quise hacerlo estilo retrato, de manera que quería conserva la mayor parte de las partes de la Noche Estrellada. Así que hice el boceto de nuestro amigo Wrackoo estilo caricatura, simplemente con el lápiz y cada una de sus partes hasta tenerlo todo completo.

After making the sketch, I began to gradually paint Wracko in his signature colors, especially the green on his face, which is a mix of light and dark green. Following his original design, I added the corresponding colors, painting each part, including his ears.
Después de hacer el boceto comencé a pintar poco a poco a Wracko con sus colores característicos, especialmente el color verde del rostro, el cual es una mezcla entre color verde claro y verde oscuro. Siguiendo su diseño original voy agregando los colores que corresponde, pintando cada parte, así también sus orejas.

Then I continued painting the rest of the face, especially the eyes. I paused for a moment to get the details right here, as my goal was for Wrackoo to be looking up at the sky and for his eyes to be filled with melancholy. So I painted them the yellow color of his gaze and added them to the top to create that star-gazing effect.
Después continué pintando el resto de cada parte del rostro, especialmente los ojos. En esta parte me detuve un momento para pintar bien ya que mi propósito es que Wrackoo estuviera mirando hacia el cielo y que sus ojos estuvieran llenos de melancolía. Así que los pinté del color amarillo de su mirada y los hice en la parte superior para obtener ese efecto de ver hacia las estrellas.

Next, I painted the part of his body, which juts out slightly from behind him. Here, I used a darker green, to show the viewer that there isn't much light. Finally, I painted his enormous and magnificent tail in a lighter green.
Después fui pintando el esto de su cuerpo, el cual sale un poco de espaldas, aquí utilicé un color verde más oscuro, con la intención de hacer ver al espectador que no hay mucha luz. Luego pinté por último su enorme y grandiosa cola, de color verde más claro.

Once Wrackoo was finished, I began painting the Starry Night landscape, firstly the enormous tree that seemed to divide the landscape. I did this by mixing various tones. If you look at the image of the original painting, you'll notice the variety of tones Van Gogh used. Although I'm using colored pencils, you can still approximate that color mixture.
Una vez terminado Wrackoo comencé a pintar el paisaje de la noche estrellada, en primer lugar el enorme arbol que pareciera dividir el paisaje. Lo hice mezclando varios tonos, si observan la imagen del cuadro original podran darse cuenta de la varieda de tonos que utilizó Van Gogh, aunque etsoy utilizando lápices de colores, de igual forma se puede acercar a esa mezcla de colores.

Then I continued painting the rest of the landscape, such as the clouds and stars that illuminate the night in yellow. I really liked this part; I feel it's always an honor to make a reference to the Starry Night. I also drew the small town in the background with the chapel rising above all the rooftops. Finally, I added an outline to Wrackoo with a fine-point marker to highlight his figure in the painting, and that's how it was finished.
Luego continúo pintando el resto del paisaje, como las nubes y las estrellas que iluminan la noche de amarillo. Me gustó mucho esta parte, siento que siempre e sun honor hacer una referencia a la Noche Estrellada. También al fondo hice la pequeña ciudad con la capilla que se eleva por encima de todos los techos. Por último agregué un delineado a Wrackoo con un marcador punta fina para resaltar su figura en el cuadro y así quedó finalizado.
What did you think of the ending? I think it's a very tender and melancholic scene; I can relate to it in a way. I think I'll soon do a version of Dali or Picasso, hehe. Art helps us a lot, and mixing it with something we love is all in one. I hope you liked this combination. For now, I'll say goodbye until another opportunity. Best regards, everyone!
Qué les ha parecido el final? a mi me parece una escena muy tierna y llena de melancolía, de cierta forma me identifico con ella. Creo que pronto hare alguna versión a Dalí o a Picasso jejej. El arte nos ayuda mucho, y mezclarlo con algo que nos gusta es tod auna medicina, espero que les haya gustado esta combinación, por ahora me despido hasta una nueva oportunidad, saludos para todos!
