1️⃣ Hmmmm.....spices! Well personally I'm not really a great fan spices especially processed one. Most times I make my meals without adding any spices, but it doesn't mean I don't have a preferred spice if I have to choose. I love ginger and garlic and cinnamon(don't even know if that's a spice😁) but in it's natural/fresh form.....yes.
Fresh ginger adds a sharp, warming flavor to food, enhancing taste naturally. It may aid digestion, reduce inflammation, and boost immunity.
Then garlic enriches food with a bold, savory flavor and also offers some health benefits like supporting heart health, strengthening immunity, fighting infections, and enhancing overall wellness.
Then there is cinnamon sticks which adds a sweet, warm flavor to food, enhancing taste and aroma. It helps regulate blood sugar, reduce inflammation, and boost antioxidants. These three acts as spices and natural remedies to the body.
Ginger, Garlic and Cinnamon could be used to describe my personality in terms of the warmness, the sweetness and their sharp reflection. I can be these three things especially if the person(s) I show them to appreciates it. I make sure I leave a long lasting memory and signature in the hearts of those that come in contact with me just like these three spices(their aroma can be recognize by almost anyone and everyone).

2️⃣ I live in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria, and here we don’t really talk about fall or spring the way people in other parts of the world do. What we notice most is the rainy season and the dry season. Right now, the season I am in is more of the rainy period. The rains are everywhere, and they come almost every day.
One thing I am really looking forward to in this season is the freshness it brings. The rain makes everywhere cool and calm. The trees and grasses look greener and more alive. Even the air feels cleaner after a heavy downpour. Sometimes, I just enjoy sitting by the window and watching the rain fall. It has a way of making me think deeply and feel peaceful.
Another thing I like about this season is the farm produce. Because of the constant rain, crops grow faster and better. In Uyo, you will see fresh vegetables, corn, and fruits all around the market. It makes food cheaper and more available. This season also brings a lot of joy to farmers because they know their hard work will pay off. Even though the heavy rain can sometimes disturb movement, I still enjoy the comfort it brings.
