Our favorite credit app (yes, yours and mine) launched some incredible, unmissable deals in August that I had to take advantage of. Meanwhile, another store that has become one of my favorites (for the credits, of course) had an anniversary, and I took advantage of the opportunity to visit them all.
It was only for a few days, but they announced in advance that they would be giving out credits of up to 12 months and with "discounts." Well, always falling for misleading advertising, I got my act together, and on Saturday I said: It's my day to succeed! And the truth is, I did it! In my own way, but I did it 😊.
I started very early with MUNDOTOTAL. They have an app where you sign up and they immediately give you a credit. For the anniversary, they gave me $110; the best thing is that I can use the credit for as little as $10.

A su vez, otra tienda que se ha vuelto una de mis favoritas también (por los créditos, claro está), estuvo de aniversario y aproveché de caminarlas todas. Fue por pocos días, pero lo avisaron con antelación donde darían créditos de hasta 12 meses y con "rebajas". Bueno, yo siempre cayendo en la publicidad engañosa, me programé y el sábado dije: ¡Es mi día de triunfar! Y la verdad ¡Lo logré! A mi estilo, pero lo hice 😊. Comencé muy temprano en MUNDOTOTAL. Ellos tienen una App donde te registras y directamente te dan un crédito. Por el aniversario, me dieron $110; lo mejor es que puedo usar el crédito desde los $10.
Honestly, considering what they were promoting and all the marketing, I didn't see anything nice or attractive like I've seen on other occasions.
The shirts were quite eye-catching, and I was tempted to buy some, but then I thought, "I'm running out of clothes. Am I going to buy more when I have some I don't wear?" So, common sense won out, and I didn't buy anything. I was looking for some pants because I had an event, and I didn't find anything. I also bought some shoes, most of them expensive for the size, which I can get in nicer and more varied styles at other stores. So, I passed on them.
However, since I don't have self-control with credit, I brought a pair of pants for work and some flip-flops so I could hang out at home. The rest wasn't appealing to me.
La verdad para lo que estaban promocionando y todo el marketing, no vi nada bonito o atractivo como otras veces que visito la tienda. Las camisas sí estaban bien llamativas y me vi tentada a comprar alguna, pero después pensé: "estoy saliendo de ropa, ¿me voy a meter en más cuando tengo algunas sin ponerme?", entonces me ganó el sentido y no compré nada; estaba buscando unos pantalones porque tenía un evento y no conseguí nada. También unos zapatos, la mayoría costosos para el modelo, que en otras tiendas puedo conseguirlos más bonitos y variados. Entonces los dejé pasar. Sin embargo, como yo no tengo autocontrol con el crédito, entonces me traje un pantalón para trabajar y unas cholas para poder salir en mi casa. Lo demás, no fue atractivo para mí.
It was almost noon and I was in Barcelona when I decided to head to Puerto la Cruz. These cities are far away; you have to take a bus, so I ventured out.
The first store I visited was one that carries Chinese products, which I'm smitten with its new arrivals. I went there to buy a backpack (bag), since I had a trip coming up and had to get everything ready. The bag hadn't arrived, but I liked the shoe rack I needed to store some things. The minimum purchase is $25, so I bought other things to reach that amount.
Ya era casi mediodía y estaba en Barcelona, cuando decidí irme a Puerto la Cruz. Estas ciudades quedan lejos, se debe tomar bus, así que me aventuré. La primera tienda en visitar es una que trae productos chinos, que me tiene enamorada con sus novedades. Allí entré a comprar un morral (bolso), ya que tengo un viaje en puertas y debo ir preparando todo. El bolso no había llegado, pero me gustó una zapatera que necesitaba para guardar algunas cosas. La compra mínima es de $25, así que compré otras cosas para llegar a ese monto.
I was super happy because I'd be using the credit 🤣, I'll figure out how to pay it off later 😎. I really controlled myself because the store has so many nice things, I wanted to bring them all. I also couldn't because I was thinking I still needed the pants I wanted, the shoes, and the gift for my neighbor's son. I don't know Puerto la Cruz very well, but I had to find a store that sold all of that.
As if from heaven, a woman came up to me with a bag of Tijerazo (scissors), and I asked her if they accepted cashea, to which she said yes. I was even happier! It was already 2 p.m. and I sat down to eat a hot dog because I knew it would take a long time in that store:
Estaba superfeliz porque usaría el crédito 🤣, después veo como cancelo 😎. De verdad que me controlé porque la tienda tiene tantas cosas lindas, que me las quiero traer todas. De igual manera, no podía porque estaba pensando que me seguía faltando el pantalón que quería, los zapatos y el regalo del hijo de mi vecina. Yo no conozco mucho Puerto la Cruz, pero tenía que encontrar una tienda que vendiera todo eso. Como bajado del cielo la ayuda a mi pensamiento, me llegó una señora con una bolsa del Tijerazo y le pregunte si aceptaban Cashea, a lo que me dijo que sí, ¡MÁS CONTENTA ME PUSE! Ya siendo las 2 de la tarde, me senté a comer un perro porque sabía que en esa tienda iba a tardar mucho tiempo:
When I walked in, I didn't know where to start, so I decided to relax and buy whatever came my way. The baby clothes are beautiful, affordable, and high-quality. Plus, I loved the variety; I wanted to bring everything home 😊.
There, I found many styles of pants I was looking for. The baby clothes were SPECTACULAR! Plus, they have a department for almost everything: furniture, school supplies, shoes, men's clothing—just look at the endless selection. I went up all the floors, but there were so many people and so much variety that I ended up getting overwhelmed.
Al entrar, no sabía por donde empezar, así que decidí relajarme y lo que se me fuera atravesando, iba comprando. La ropa de bebé es hermosa, económica y de calidad. Además, la variedad me encantó, quería traerme todo 😊. Allí conseguí muchos modelos de pantalones de los que estaba buscando. La ropa de bebé ¡ESPECTACULAR! Además, tiene departamento de casi todo: muebles, útiles escolares, zapatos, caballeros, miren un sinfín de cosas. Yo subí todos los pisos, pero era tanta la gente y variedad que terminó sobrepasando todo lo que quería.
In the end, I only bought the baby clothes, because it was the only store I could find everything, along with some stationery. I passed on the pants because I wasn't impressed by everything I saw.
I wandered around other stores, always looking for the yellow dot (the Cashea app), but I didn't find anything that caught my eye:
Finalmente, compré solo la ropa del bebé, porque fue la única tienda que encontré todo y unas cosas de papelería. Los pantalones los dejé pasar porque no me convencieron entre todo lo que vi. Caminé por otras tiendas, siempre buscando el punto amarillo (la App Cashea), pero no encontré nada que llamara mi atención:
It was already 4 p.m. when I came home and arrived an hour later, tired, exhausted, but happy because I had worked my butt off, gotten some offers, and left the rest on credit.
Ya siendo las 4 de la tarde, me vine a casa y llegué una hora después, cansada, agotada, pero feliz porque drené, conseguí ofertas y lo demás, lo dejé a crédito.
I've already used some things—the baby gift turned out BEAUTIFUL—and I've saved others for just the right moment. It was a wonderful Saturday, one I'd like to repeat, of course, once I've cleared all my outstanding balances 😊, since I still have to do the following: shoes and pants 😎.
Algunas cosas ya he usado, el regalo del bebé quedó HERMOSO, y otras tengo guardadas para el momento exacto. Fue un sábado maravilloso, que quisiera repetir, eso sí, cuando salga de todos los saldos deudores 😊, ya que, me sigue quedando pendiente: los zapatos y pantalones 😎.
