Since my change of look, with my new haircut, everything is working out for the best! Although it took me a while to get used to it at first, the words of affirmation and compliments I have received about how I look have helped me to accept it, to the point where I am now completely in love with my haircut and appearance! 😊.
When I decided to take care of it (believe me, it had been a long time since I had paid proper attention to my hair), I noticed immediate changes. Now I wash it twice a week and take time to use the right products, including when I dry it so as not to damage it. I try to keep it smelling nice and clean. It's work, but I love doing it.
One of the recommendations given to me by the person who applied the keratin was to KEEP IT HYDRATED, SOFT, AND SHINY.
I thought that just applying the chemical was enough, and she said yes, but for it to grow healthy and strong, more effort was needed.
Following her advice, I'm sharing this honey and vinegar mask that has given me positive results, so I can't keep the secret to myself.
I once told you that I used vinegar to clean my hair of dandruff; it helped and left my hair shiny, so when she mentioned it, I approved it right away because it must have some healing properties.
As for honey, I've seen products that contain this ingredient, but I didn't really pay attention to it because, for me, it's just another ingredient like rosemary or chamomile. I thought the real trick was in the shampoo's composition itself. Then, I saw a reel on Instagram where a young woman was using sugar, and I realized that it must also have some effect on the hair.
To homogenize this mixture, we just apply it to a cream bath of our choice, and that's it! We have a powerful moisturizer for hair care:

Pensé que solo la aplicación del químico era suficiente, y ella me dijo que sí, pero para que creciera sano y fuerte, hacía falta más esfuerzo. Siguiendo su consejo, le comparto esta mascarilla de miel y vinagre que me ha dado resultados positivos, así que no me puedo quedar con el secreto yo sola. En una oportunidad, les hablé que para limpiar mi cabello de la caspa, usaba vinagre; me ayudaba y dejaba el cabello brillante, así que cuando me la mencionó, lo aprobé en seguida porque alguna propiedad curativa debe poseer. En cuanto a la miel, he visto productos que vienen con este ingrediente, pero la verdad que no le prestaba atención, porque para mí es un componente más como el romero o manzanilla. Pensaba que el verdadero truco estaba en la composición del champú como tal. Entonces, me apareció un reel en Instagram, donde una joven usaba azúcar y comprendí que también algo de efecto debe tener sobre el cabello. Para homogeneizar toda esta mezcla, solo la aplicamos en un baño de crema de nuestra preferencia y ¡Listo! Tenemos un poderoso hidratante para el cuidado del cabello:

The process takes about 30 to 40 minutes. Therefore, I try to make sure that when I apply it, I have enough time to do so and don't rush.

🌟 I apply the anti-dandruff shampoo with its conditioner and rinse it out. Once my hair is free of all that, I apply the cream I prepared and leave it on for 15 minutes. I use enough to cover my entire head, about the size of my palm. I put on a cap and wait patiently.

¿Cómo la aplico? Acá el proceso si tarda unos 30 a 40 minutos. Por ende, trato de procurar que cuando la vaya aplicar, sea un tiempo solo para eso y no hacerlo apurada. Humedezco mi cabello y aplico el champú sin sal. Enjuago. Aplico el champú anticaspa con su respectivo acondicionador y enjuago. Cuando el cabello ya está libre de todo eso, aplico la crema que preparé y la dejo actuar por espacio de 15 minutos. La cantidad que uso es equivalente a la palma de mi mano y que cubra todo mi cabello. Me coloco un gorro y espero pacientemente:

Mis canas han sido también favorecidas porque como leí por allí que el vinagre ayuda a aclarar las canas, creo que es verdad porque lucen y son perceptibles para todo el que ve mi cabello, siempre siendo tema de conversación, ya que está de moda, dejarse el cabello blanco sin tinte. Aunque hablando de canas, tengo pendiente la compra del matizador, para terminar de darles vida a esos cabellos blancos que ahora adornan mi cabellera:
In summary, I believe that the key to hair care (and everything else) lies in the consistency with which we attend to it; it is not enough to do it once and then abandon it depending on whether it works or not. I have been extremely careless with my hair, but now that I am aware of this, I try to be disciplined in the treatments I apply.
I also believe that hair speaks for itself, so by investing a little, I can make positive changes to beautify it and keep it hydrated. These two things bothered me, so I've taken a weight off my shoulders.
