🌺 ¡Hola! ¡Hola!
Mi lavadora
Busqué en SanGoogle primero para asegurarme que fuera un electrodomestico, porque pensé en la cocina y me respondió esto:
My dear community, I greet you and hope you are doing well in your sacred temple, your home 🏡.
Walking around the community, I noticed that there is an initiative to show off our favorite appliance, and I said, “WOW!” I have to participate; not just for the prize or anything like that, but coincidentally, the weekend I had to use it, I reflected on how important it has become in my life and how grateful I am because it makes my household chores easier and faster, and we achieve the main purpose of its creation, which is to clean my clothes: I'm talking about
My washing machine
I searched on SanGoogle first to make sure it was an appliance, because I thought of the kitchen, and this is what it told me:
A little history
I grew up in a place with shortages. Maybe it wasn't noticeable in our clothes or food, but we didn't have many things, and among those was a washing machine. I remember my grandmother or mother washing clothes by hand, all of our clothes, and I never felt the need to use or have one, because I wasn't aware of its importance in the home.
Then I went to study in another city, and my friend Karla's family bought one! So on weekends, I would go to her apartment with my load of laundry for the week, including sheets and towels.
When I returned home, about seven years ago, I remember that we still didn't have a washing machine, but we took our clothes to be washed at an aunt's house or a nearby laundromat, and that's how we lived peacefully.
One day, I remember my mom crouching in the bathroom (already getting on in years and suffering from constant allergies) washing her underwear (something I wasn't aware she did) and I said to her: TODAY WE'RE BUYING A WASHING MACHINE.
I immediately searched Marketplace and found one; I bought it from a man who repaired washing machines. We went to pick it up, I told him the story, he took pity on us, and brought it to our house.
It was big, repowered, about 15 kilos, but it was what we had. It had its quirks, but it served our needs.
For two years, it was extremely useful, but when we moved into our own home, we realized it didn't fit where we wanted to put it. With regret, we sold it and bought this beauty.

Mantra
It was impressive when I arrived home with my washing machine, because many neighbors also didn't have one. How impressive, right? Something we see as so common and routine wasn't a priority for us. Thanks to my inspiration, these neighbors bought their own 🤗.
Well, ever since this appliance arrived at my house, I bless it. I bless its presence and existence in our home. I realized that I LOVE DOING LAUNDRY 🤣, it's one of my favorite activities at home 😎. All I do is separate my clothes, fill it with water and detergent, and that's it, let's go! And while it does its job, I can do other things, like writing at this moment.
I use it up to twice a week, and on two occasions when my house was full of dust and odors from construction, I washed ALL OF OUR CLOTHES IN IT! The last time, to mention one occasion, was in December, and I spent a whole week washing, and it worked perfectly ❤️.
The weekend I used it, I remembered that scene with my mother and promised myself that I would NEVER AGAIN let that happen, and how the washing machine helps me keep that promise. I see how sometimes we get caught up in other things and don't give importance to taking care of our lives, because without it, my hands, arms, neck, knees, and WALLET would be ruined! Worn out from so much use, and use that never ends because we constantly get our clothes dirty; I can't imagine life like that, which is why I bless it before, during, and after every wash.
My neighbor also does this, because when we bless, more blessings come into our homes, and aware of all the work we used to do, it's one of the things we do most because of how important it is in our lives.
As I reflected on the washing machine, I realized that it's not just the washing machine; we're talking about the fact that it doesn't work on its own, rather, it doesn't work alone. So I began to bless each component that helps me wash: the electric current, the water pump with its pressure control (other essential appliances in my home), WATER! Without it, there is no life, the hose to fill it, the detergent that helps me, and even the clothes themselves, because if there is nothing to wash, there is simply no point in having it. Believe me, blessing is a healing exercise.
Its care is minimal; I use it, dry it, put a little “scent” on it so it doesn't feel wet, wait for it to dry, and wrap it up like the first time until the next occasion. Before, I had a box for it, but I used it for something else, so now I just cover it with its bag; that's how well I take care of it 😊.

This washing machine has an 8-kilogram capacity, and everyone who sees it says it's durable. I think it's worth every penny of its price, so I'm very happy with my purchase and hope it will be with us for many years to come.
