Now, wherever I turn, I find art, art, and more art 🤣. Before, those images went unnoticed, but it turns out they were always there; I just didn't realize it or didn't stop to appreciate the beauty of each of those expressions captured in concrete.
Unfortunately, most of the ones I've seen don't have the artist's name; I don't know if it's another way of expressing themselves behind anonymity, because it's forbidden to do so, or because in that subculture, it's simply better to go unnoticed and have people only admire their art without boasting.
For Street Art Fans Week #264, I was working at the airport, and when I went to the bathroom, wow! This gem was, I think, even hidden or underappreciated, and I obviously took the opportunity to photograph it.

Ahora donde volteo encuentro arte, arte y más arte 🤣. Antes, esas imágenes pasaban desapercibidas ante mis ojos y resulta que siempre estuvieron allí, solo que no me daba cuenta o no me detenía a ver lo bonito que tiene cada una de esas expresiones plasmadas en sitios de concreto. Lamentablemente, la mayoría de las que he visto, no tienen el nombre del artista; desconozco si será otra forma de manifestarse detrás del anonimato, porque es prohibido hacerlo o porque simplemente en esa subcultura es mejor pasar desapercibido y que solo admiren su arte sin vanagloriarse. Para la semana #264 del Street Art Fans, me encontraba trabajando en el aeropuerto y cuando acudí al baño ¡Wow! Esta joya se encontraba, pienso que hasta escondida o poco apreciada y obvio aproveché para fotografiarla.
The artist definitely did a very difficult job because, if you notice, it's on a high part of the wall, where it has no support or any kind of support.
I've been to this place many times, and sometimes I have to wait for hours, but I hadn't noticed this art.
The staging shows us our ocean, which is the main attraction we have in the area and why people truly love to visit us, because the beach options and a quiet life are incomparable.
However, the art shows the "heartbreak" of thinking that we are just beaches and shows us three wonders that are worth visiting or characteristic of our state.

Definitivamente, el artista hizo un trabajo bien difícil porque si se dan cuenta, está en una parte alta de la pared, donde no tiene apoyo o algún tipo de soporte. Yo he estado muchas veces en este sitio y en ocasiones, me tocan horas de esperas, pero no había notado este arte. La puesta en escena nos enseña nuestro mar, que es el principal atractivo que tenemos en la zona y por lo que de verdad la gente le encanta visitarnos, porque las opciones playeras y de una vida tranquila, no se compara con nada. Sin embargo, el arte muestra el "desgarro" de pensar que solo somos playas y nos muestran tres maravillas que son dignas de visitar o característicos de nuestro estado.
We start with the Neverí River, the largest tributary that runs through our entire state and its major cities.
Then, there's the image of the Paseo de la Cruz y el Mar, located in the city of Puerto la Cruz, which is a tourist attraction in our state due to its size and the thousands of people who visit it annually to admire and photograph it, as well as to share its spaces.
Finally, we have the bridge over the Neverí River, and I tell you how moved I am that you drew it, because it's the bridge that's right behind my house, so if you're reading this, you'll be close to my home ❤️.
The family watching this spectacle inspired me with confidence and certainty that this is what we must preserve and maintain: values of belonging and identity about who we are, and love for our land.

Iniciamos con el río Neverí, que es el mayor afluente de agua que atraviesa todo nuestro estado y las principales ciudades. Luego, tiene la imagen del paseo de la Cruz y el Mar, ubicado en la ciudad de Puerto la Cruz, que es referente turístico en nuestro estado por su tamaño y la visita que recibe de miles de personas anualmente para admirarla y fotografiarla, además de compartir en sus espacios. Unfortunately, there is another "hidden" art form, with the work of fishermen, which has become typical in our drawings because it was the main economic activity carried out in the villages and was displaced by oil or commercial activity. I would have loved to have had more space or a better angle to show it.

Desafortunadamente, existe otro arte "escondido" con la faena de pescadores que ya se hace típico en nuestros dibujos, porque era la principal actividad económica que se realizaba en los caseríos y que fue desplazado por la actividad petrolera o comercial.
