Atendiendo el llamado de la comunidad con la iniciativa #8 por parte de @maylink, me uno a hablar de lo más bonito que me ha pasado en mi vida y que, desde hace 4 años, me ha enseñado a transformar mi vida:
Hablemos de Hive
Responding to the community's call with initiative #8 by @maylink, I would like to share the most beautiful thing that has happened to me in my life and that, for the past four years, has taught me to transform my life: Let's talk about Hive.
¿Con qué asocio Hive?
Miren, tengo muchas respuestas y sinónimos. Para mí, la colmena es conocimiento. Es como ese primer día de universidad, cuando yo solita tuve que aprender a tomar un bus, saber donde estaba el salón y entender mi poder sobre las notas. Cuando entré al mundo Hive, no sabía redactar; solo escribía como lo hacía el común, pero aprender a conectar con mis sentimientos, organización, orden, limpieza y sobre el poder de la palabra, me hizo responsable de todo lo que hoy soy y de lo que expreso tanto dentro como fuera de mi blog.
Otra palabra sería: poder. Creo que todos los que entramos acá (sobre todo los de pandemia), lo hicimos por razones varias, pero nos quedamos por una sola: el poder que tenemos con nuestras palabras y sobre nuestras palabras. Somos responsables y tenemos derechos en la web 3 y cambiar la concepción de que todos los demás sean dueños de ti. Me costó entenderlo y hoy en día me sigue costando, sin embargo, siento que estoy en un nivel donde entiendo mis derechos y mi contribución a este mundo que nos muestra la comunidad.
Por último, la conexión; este trabajo no lo he hecho sola o aislada. Por algo es conocido como una colmena, porque trabajamos exactamente igual, en unión, colaborando, aportando, ayudando. He aprendido que todos tenemos talentos para compartir con otros, que podemos equivocarnos y aprender de los errores. También, que las pantallas no alejan, sino que unen, porque gracias a este mundo, he conocido personas maravillosas, talentosas, únicas, colaboradoras, especiales, que sonríen con el alma y eso me hace caminar en esa dirección, emulando su aura y conductas positivas.
What do I associate Hive with? Look, I have many answers and synonyms. For me, the hive is knowledge. It's like that first day of college, when I had to learn how to take the bus on my own, find the classroom, and understand my power over my grades. When I entered the world of Hive, I didn't know how to write; I just wrote like everyone else, but learning to connect with my feelings, organization, order, cleanliness, and the power of words made me responsible for everything I am today and what I express both inside and outside my blog. Another word would be: power. I think that all of us who came here (especially during the pandemic) did so for various reasons, but we stayed for one: the power we have with our words and over our words. We are responsible and have rights on the web 3 and can change the notion that everyone else owns you. It was hard for me to understand this, and it still is today, but I feel that I am at a level where I understand my rights and my contribution to this world that the community shows us. Finally, connection; I have not done this work alone or in isolation. There is a reason why it is known as a hive, because we work exactly the same way, in unity, collaborating, contributing, helping. I have learned that we all have talents to share with others, that we can make mistakes and learn from them. Also, that screens do not separate us, but rather unite us, because thanks to this world, I have met wonderful, talented, unique, collaborative, special people who smile with their souls, and that makes me walk in that direction, emulating their aura and positive behaviors.
Así que todo este preámbulo lo hago para decir que:
¡Hive me ha dado de todo! Los logros materiales, espirituales, colectivos, de aprendizaje, son incalculables.
Para nadie es un secreto que la economía mundial cada día nos agobia y yo fui una experta en caer en estafas de todo tipo; y parece mentira que cuando crees que puedes obtener algo sin dar dinero, no crees. Pero, he aprendido que Hive es el lugar más seguro que he podido conseguir en la web 3 y que es REAL, AUTÉNTICO, TANGIBLE, y esperemos que perdurable.
También he entendido que no solo me ha dado monetariamente, sino en conocimiento y conducta. He aprendido que todo lo autentico, serio, disciplinado, comprometido, honesto, es lo que está bien. Enfrentándonos a una inteligencia artificial y a pensar que todo tiene que ser gratis y para ¡YA! Acá han valorado mis pensamientos, conocimientos, experiencia, postura de la vida, sinceridad, punto de vista y eso creo que actualmente no lo conseguiría en ningún lado 💯.
So, I'm saying all this to say that Hive has given me everything! The material, spiritual, collective, and learning achievements are immeasurable. It's no secret that the global economy is weighing us down every day, and I was an expert at falling for scams of all kinds. It seems unbelievable that when you think you can get something without giving money, you don't believe it. But I have learned that Hive is the safest place I have been able to find on the web 3 and that it is REAL, AUTHENTIC, TANGIBLE, and hopefully enduring. I have also understood that it has not only given me money, but also knowledge and behavior. I have learned that everything that is authentic, serious, disciplined, committed, and honest is what is right. Facing artificial intelligence and thinking that everything has to be free and NOW! Here, they have valued my thoughts, knowledge, experience, outlook on life, sincerity, point of view, and I don't think I would find that anywhere else right now 💯.
Lamentablemente, no tengo personas a mi alrededor que se hayan interesado por entrar al mundo de Hive, piensan que es complicado o falso, y yo digo: trabajas 15 días, con un horario, funciones, jefes, conflictos laborales, y ¿alguien te regala algo? Hive también es algo que debemos trabajar, ser profesionales, éticos, honestos, disciplinados, comprometidos, vigilantes de que no incurran en prácticas ilícitas, y todo eso está bien, porque como dije anteriormente, me ha cambiado la perspectiva tanto acá en la comunidad, como en todo lo que hago en mi vida.
Y lo digo así, porque no sé cuando alguien me lea, o esté buscando ahora mismo en internet "cómo ganar dinero fácil sin esfuerzo" y le aparezca mi publicación, por eso quiero que sepan que Hive es cierto, pero detrás de esa verdad absoluta, existe una comunidad guardiana, celosa, comprometida (y sobre todo la latina), encargada de seguir manteniendo nuestros blogs libres de todo lo que está mal y que no suma al ecosistema.
Por ello, hablar de #Hive siempre será un placer, una reflexión, una autoevaluación y un crecimiento constante, porque con tanto tiempo aquí, las veces que pienso en decaer o desistir, veo cada cosa maravillosa que se está haciendo acá y me da fuerzas para seguir adelante ❤️.
Nombrar a una sola persona que me haya ayudado a llegar hasta este punto sería injusto, pero agradezco a todos, los de antes, los de siempre, los de ahora y los que vendrán por tan bonita oportunidad y tan bonita comunidad ¡EN GRATITUD INFINITA! 💐.
Unfortunately, I don't have anyone around me who is interested in entering the world of Hive. They think it's complicated or fake, and I say: you work 15 days, with a schedule, duties, bosses, labor conflicts, and does anyone give you anything for free? Hive is also something we have to work at, be professional, ethical, honest, disciplined, committed, vigilant that we don't engage in illegal practices, and all that is fine, because as I said before, it has changed my perspective both here in the community and in everything I do in my life. I say this because I don't know when someone will read this, or is searching the internet right now for “how to make easy money without effort” and comes across my post, so I want them to know that Hive is real, but behind that absolute truth, there is a guardian community, zealous, committed (and especially the Latin American community), responsible for keeping our blogs free of everything that is wrong and does not add to the ecosystem.
That's why talking about #Hive will always be a pleasure, a reflection, a self-evaluation, and constant growth, because with so much time here, the times I think about giving up or quitting, I see all the wonderful things that are being done here and it gives me the strength to keep going ❤️. It would be unfair to name just one person who has helped me get to this point, but I am grateful to everyone, those from before, those who have always been here, those who are here now, and those who will come in the future, for such a wonderful opportunity and such a wonderful community. INFINITE GRATITUDE! 💐.
