🏊‍♀️ Descubre el Complejo de Piscinas Oliver Núñez en Guatamare, Isla de Margarita [ESP-ENG]

Hola amigos de @hivemargarita espero estén bien y pasando una excelente semana, de recargas positivas y en compañía de su familia en este maravilloso lugar llamado "Isla de Margarita" Muchos en nuestra comunidad aún no saben que el Complejo de Piscinas Oliver Núñez, ubicado en Guatamare, municipio García, está completamente activo y ofreciendo múltiples beneficios para todas las edades. Este espacio, administrado por el IASDEBNE, es mucho más que una piscina, es un centro de salud, deporte e inclusión social. Desde niños de 2 años hasta adultos mayores, hay clubes de natación adaptados por edades y condiciones especiales. También se realizan terapias acuáticas en las mañanas, ideales para personas con necesidades físicas o emocionales. En las tardes, de 2:00 p.m. a 7:00 p.m., se desarrollan entrenamientos, clases y actividades recreativas. Cuentan con una piscina olímpica de 50 metros x 25 metros con 10 carriles y una piscina secundaria de 25 metros x 20 metros, también al aire libre. Además, el complejo organiza competencias durante el año, muchas con fines benéficos. Un ejemplo reciente fue el hermoso evento “Aqua Sprint Rosa”, donde se recaudaron fondos para personas con cáncer. Mi hija participó y fue una experiencia inolvidable. Los martes y jueves se realiza bailoterapia, con grupos llenos de energía y alegría. El costo por clase es de apenas $1.50. El complejo cuenta con duchas, baños, cantina y oficinas administrativas, todo en condiciones óptimas para el disfrute y comodidad de los usuarios. Las mensualidades en algunos clubes es de 35$ mientras que por el instituto de deportes se cancelan 20$. Las clases son de martes a sábados y los días lunes es el día de mantenimiento. Many in our community still don't know that the Oliver Núñez Swimming Pool Complex, located in Guatamare, García municipality, is fully operational and offering multiple benefits for all ages. This space, managed by the IASDEBNE, is much more than a swimming pool; it is a center for health, sports, and social inclusion. From 2-year-olds to seniors, there are swimming clubs adapted for different ages and special conditions. Aquatic therapies are also offered in the mornings, ideal for people with physical or emotional needs. In the afternoons, from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., training sessions, classes, and recreational activities take place. They have a 50-meter x 25-meter Olympic-size pool with 10 lanes and a secondary 25-meter x 20-meter pool, also outdoors. In addition, the complex organizes competitions throughout the year, many of which are for charitable purposes. A recent example was the wonderful "Aqua Sprint Rosa" event, which raised funds for people with cancer. My daughter participated and it was an unforgettable experience. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, dance therapy classes are held, with groups full of energy and joy. The cost per class is only $1.50.
