La Isla de Margarita celebra con fe y alegría la canonización del Dr. José Gregorio Hernández [ESP-ENG]

Hola amigo de @hivemargarita ¿Cómo están? ¿Cómo están pasando su día? por este lado estamos bien gracias a Dios. Hoy, en nuestra Isla de Margarita es un día muy especial, pues nos unimos al júbilo nacional por la canonización del Dr. José Gregorio Hernández, un momento que marca profundamente el corazón de todos los venezolanos. El Gobierno Nacional ha decretado dos días no laborables para que podamos celebrar este acontecimiento con alegría y unión espiritual. Para mí, este día tiene un significado muy especial. Me alegra profundamente que este milagro se haya dado, que finalmente nuestro querido José Gregorio haya sido reconocido como santo. Su vida fue un ejemplo de humildad, servicio y fe y su legado ha tocado a generaciones enteras. En lo personal, tuve la dicha de asistir a una misa el sábado pasado por mi hermana y allí presencié un altar bellísimo dedicado a él. Fue un momento de mucha emoción y me alegro poder vivirlo. En cada casa que he visitado, he visto su imagen en altares sencillos, rodeado de flores, velas y oraciones. Es evidente que su figura vive en el corazón de nuestra gente. Las iglesias están completamente entregadas a esta celebración y no solo aquí, sino en diferentes rincones de Venezuela. Pero aquí, en Margarita, se siente algo especial, una energía de fe que nos une. Incluso en Asunción, hace pocos días hicieron un mural nuevo con las imágenes de José Gregorio Hernández para conmemorar este día tan importante y su inauguración fue el día de ayer. Es hermoso ver cómo el arte, la devoción y la comunidad se unen para rendirle homenaje. Hoy celebramos no solo su canonización, sino también la esperanza que representa. José Gregorio fue un médico, un hombre de ciencia, pero también un hombre de Dios. Su ejemplo nos inspira a ser mejores, a ayudar al prójimo, a mantener viva la fe en medio de las dificultades. Que este día sea un recordatorio de que los milagros existen, que la bondad trasciende, y que la fe compartida nos fortalece como pueblo. The national government has declared two days off work so that we can celebrate this event with joy and spiritual unity. For me, this day has a very special meaning. I am deeply happy that this miracle has happened, that our beloved José Gregorio has finally been recognized as a saint. His life was an example of humility, service, and faith, and his legacy has touched entire generations. Personally, I had the joy of attending a Mass last Saturday for my sister, where I saw a beautiful altar dedicated to him. It was a very emotional moment, and I am glad to have been able to experience it. In every house I have visited, I have seen his image on simple altars, surrounded by flowers, candles, and prayers. It is clear that his figure lives on in the hearts of our people. The churches are completely devoted to this celebration, not only here, but in different corners of Venezuela. But here, in Margarita, you can feel something special, an energy of faith that unites us. Even in Asunción, a few days ago they painted a new mural with images of José Gregorio Hernández to commemorate this important day, and it was unveiled yesterday. It is beautiful to see how art, devotion, and community come together to pay tribute to him. Today we celebrate not only his canonization, but also the hope he represents.
