Mis sábados en Rattan Plaza, Isla de Margarita [ESP-ENG]

Hola amigos de @hivemargarita ¿Cómo están? ¿Cómo va su fin de semana? Espero que estén recargando energías positivas y disfrutando cada momento. Por aquí todo bien gracias a Díos, aprovechando para poner algunas cosas de la casa en orden y descansar un poquito, que también hace falta. La idea es arrancar la semana con buena actitud y fuerza para enfrentar lo que venga. >Hi @hivemargarita friends, how are you? How is your weekend going? I hope you are recharging positive energy and enjoying every moment. Here everything is fine thanks to God, taking the opportunity to put some things around the house in order and rest a little bit, which is also needed. The idea is to start the week with a good attitude and strength to face whatever comes.  Quería compartirles algo que se ha vuelto parte de mi rutina y que me encanta todos los sábados llevo a mi hija a sus clases de lírico en Rattan Plaza, en Pampatar. Tenía dos semanas sin ir pero ya ayer volvímos y eso me hace feliz. Entonces mi hija se sumerge en el arte del movimiento yo aprovecho para desconectarme un rato. >I wanted to share with you something that has become part of my routine and that I love. Every Saturday I take my daughter to her lyric classes at Rattan Plaza, in Pampatar. I had two weeks without going but yesterday we went back and that makes me happy. Then my daughter immerses herself in the art of movement and I take the opportunity to disconnect for a while.   Justo a esa hora dan clases de yoga en el mismo centro comercial y aunque no participo, me gusta quedarme a verlas. Es una escena que transmite serenidad, personas de todas las edades conectando con su respiración, con su cuerpo y con ese momento de paz. La persona que da la clase lo hace con tanto cariño, con una energía amorosa, se nota que le gusta, es evidente que disfruta lo que hace y eso contagia a quienes la siguen. >Just at that time there are yoga classes in the same mall and although I do not participate, I like to stay and watch them. It is a scene that transmits serenity, people of all ages connecting with their breathing, with their body and with that moment of peace. The person who teaches the class does it with so much affection, with a loving energy, you can tell that she likes it, it is evident that she enjoys what she does and that is contagious to those who follow her.    Sé que muchos buscan espacios donde practicar yoga y por eso comparto esto Rattan Plaza ofrece más que tiendas y servicios, es también un refugio para el bienestar. Las clases se llenan, lo que habla de lo excelentes que son y el beneficio para la comunidad. >I know many are looking for spaces to practice yoga and that is why I share this Rattan Plaza offers more than just stores and services, it is also a haven for wellness. The classes fill up, which speaks to how great they are and the benefit to the community.    Además, Rattan tiene rincones que me encantan. Por la entrada trasera hay una jardinera que antes era una pecera. Aún quedan algunos peces nadando entre las plantas que han ido agregando y se ve precioso. Cada vez que paso por ahí me detengo un momento, porque me transmite paz. Es como un pequeño oasis dentro del centro comercial. >In addition, Rattan has nooks and crannies that I love. By the back entrance there is a planter that used to be a fish tank. There are still some fish swimming among the plants that have been added and it looks beautiful. Every time I pass by there I stop for a moment, because it transmits peace to me. It's like a little oasis inside the mall.      También hay un cafetín muy chévere, un pequeño restaurante, venta de bisutería, peluquería, servicio técnico, un gimnasio y otras peceras en distintos pasillos. Es un lugar que tiene de todo un poco, pero lo que más me gusta es ese ambiente tranquilo que se respira los fines de semana. >There is also a very cool cafe, a small restaurant, jewelry shop, hairdresser, technical service, a gym and other fish tanks in different corridors. It is a place that has a little bit of everything, but what I like the most is the quiet atmosphere on weekends.    Así que si están por Pampatar y quieren pasar un rato agradable, dense una vuelta por Rattan Plaza. Para mí, se ha convertido en uno de mis momentos favoritos de la semana. A veces no hace falta mucho para sentirse bien, solo un espacio bonito, un poco de silencio y observar cómo otros se conectan con lo que les gusta. Amigos gracias por acompañarme en mis historias.
