Die Landschaft im Parque Nacional Los Haitises ist stark geprägt von vielen kleinen Hügeln. Es gibt viele kleine Süßwasserflüsse sowie Mangrovensümpfe bzw. -wälder, glasklare Lagunen, tropische Regenwälder und ganz mysteriöse Tropfsteinhöhlen aber auch einige wunderschöne Korallenlandschaften.
