Saludos mis queridos amigos de Gems, feliz viernes. La verdad es que he estado ausente por aca debido a que me agarro la gripe y aunque el malestar general no me dió tan fuerte la tos y flema han sido todo lo contrario; por esa razón tuve que mandar a comprar acetaminofén, antialergico, jarabe para la tos y también ayuda a expulsar la flema, además de una vitamina c para reforzar el sistema inmune porque en mi condición no puedo estar enfermando mucho. >Greetings my dear friends from Gems, happy Friday. The truth is that I have been absent from here because I caught the flu and although the general malaise was not so strong, the cough and phlegm have been the opposite; for that reason I had to buy acetaminophen, anti allergy, cough syrup and also help to expel phlegm, in addition to vitamin C to strengthen the immune system because in my condition I cannot be getting sick much.   Por lo pronto ya me siento un poco mejor, también he tenido que consumir caldos de pollo y jugos de frutas bien fríos para aliviar el malestar de garganta que fue el sintoma mas acentuado. >For now I feel a little better, I have also had to consume chicken broth and very cold fruit juices to relieve the sore throat that was the most accentuated symptom.  Para aprovechar la salida también mande a comprar otros productos que me hacían falta para mi cuidado; como lo son inyectadoras para insulina, algodón, alcohol y las pastillas para el dolor neuropatico que me han ayudado bastante en conjunto con las pastillas de la circulación para la mejoria de mis piernas.
