The Call to the Kulrut.

 Aloy answers Hekarro’s call at the Memorial Grove and joins the defenders of the Kulrut. With Dekka’s help, she mans a powerful machine gun to hold Regalla’s corrupted machines at bay. The defense seems successful, but a greater threat stirs underground, shaking the earth as it approaches the arena.   I had to get back to the Memorial Grove and talk with Hekarro but that place was at a long distance so I decided to try a fast travel from campfire to campfire. I was riding my mount towards the closest campfire at that moment.   It took me a short moment to get to the other side, the campfire near the Memorial Grove. Then I ran towards the ruins to meet Hekarro, and some Tenakth guard said Hekarro was waiting for me in the arena, past the throne.   I reached the chief and found Kotallo with him. It was just another side of the ruins that was turned into a fighting ring.  Kotallo briefed me that there were only two viable ways for Regalla to attack the arena: 1. through the throne room I just passed and 2. by the trail on the north end. But Regalla will have to attack by the trail if she means to assault the Kulrut with machines, though they set barricades on both sides.   Hekarro asked me to join their defenders by the trail and after it's done, I'll receive my reward. Hekarro suggested me to make all the preparations I need before the Kulrut begins but I was ready so I went for the trail and found the lands were perfectly mined.   A ladder was just there to reach the wall but I looked around to get up there. At last I noticed the ladder and climbed up to get to Dekka.  Dekka was there motivating the soldiers and she dismissed once I reached her.   Dekka said her soldiers were ready to defend the Kulrut from below and I got this big gun to defend from the above. Dekka said they ripped it off a fallen machine.   The arena also got ready and I noticed there were wild machines tied up with ropes there.   Hekarro came forward and permitted the participants to start their struggle to become marshals.  The Kulrut was about taking down machines. Everyone will get Marshal role who gets to take down at least one machine.   When the arena was festive with the game, there came Regalla's corrupted machine to attack us towards the trail where we were waiting.   I picked up the big gun and I started shooting the machines. There were a lot of machines there but my gun was powerful enough to stop them all.   I alone took them all down without even landing on the ground and the soldiers started celebrating. But Aloy was saying, that can't be all of them.  Then they saw something was coming towards the trail through under the ground. It seemed like an earthquake was moving towards the arena and was destroying everything on their way. --- The next post will be coming soon.
