After the purge, Morlund and his crew returned, only to wake the massive Tideripper hiding underwater. With support from above, I fought the machine using acid arrows and a shock boltblaster, finally bringing it down. After the battle, I recovered POSEIDON from the facility below and prepared to return it to GAIA.

Morlund and his team came down with happy faces and Morlund was screaming saying, its a miracle.

The scream awakened the big machine and it showed us its presence.

Aloy ran to Morlund and his team and the big machine decided to come out of the water at last.

Abadund got scared so he was backing up but Morlund stopped him and Aloy suggested them to stay up there start firing when she'd engage.

Aloy went close to the machine to check its movements and then I jumped on one of those pillars and I started shooting the Tideripper with acid arrows.

The beast was attacking back so I had to jump and move to other pillars. I could imagine how hard this fight would be if I hadn't lower the difficulty.

Stacking up the arrows, I started using the shock boltblaster and I at last killed the beast. It was easy but not as easy as I'm writing here. I had to be careful as I was still taking damage.

Now I had to talk to Morlund and his crew, which was optional, but finding POSEIDON was compulsory. I went for the optional part first, and they looked super happy. Aloy said she must get to her task, and Morlund offered their help if she needed it.

I ran towards that door, and it looked like I had to swim more to get to POSEIDON, and its time to bring it home.

It looked like a big facility in there, and POSEIDON should be hiding in some kind of processor. I just needed to look for a console to gain access to it, and I found the console easily, as it was in plain sight.

I recovered Poseidon, inserting GAIA Kernel into the console, and when the master override was activated, POSEIDON's subordinate function was restored to its original code. I was bringing it back to GAIA and looked at Aloy with a victory smile on her face.

It looked like taking POSEIDON triggered a restart of the city's power system, and Mulund must have headed up top with all the embers they could carry.

The city looked cool, so before returning to Morlund and his crew and to the desert, I stopped there to check around.

Now I was heading back towards the elevated shaft, and I was checking on the place that was once underwater. Some parts looked beautiful, but some looked like haunted.
