In our lives whatever we do there is something that is going to be done with a particular purpose behind everything that we are going to be giving a specific effort behind and at the same time one of the most common emotions that is going to be gripping us at all times you got less of what we are doing is going to be the fear of failure as it is one of that particular emotions that we face which is having the capability of paralyzing us in a very different manner because whenever we are trying to do something that we have never done before to grow ahead and also step out of our comfort zone it is always going to be something that our subconscious mind will be telling us about the fact that what will happen if we feel in doing it.
The fear of Failure is something that is going to be a very big factor in a lot of aspects that is going to be attached with us because it is the having date ability that it can influences to be changing our decisions based on that because at everything that we are doing there is going to be a bit of probability that we might feel but keeping on thinking about it is never going to be a very great thing to be doing as our mind set is one of the most strongest driving forces for us and if we can use it positively then it can definitely be a very big advantage for us but at the same time if we are always thinking about the fear of failure then it is also going to have the negative impact as well.
Firstly, we need to understand that failure is not going to be the end of the path of whatever we are doing. There will still be opportunities that we want to get ourselves involved in, and having faced a setback is never going to mean that we are out of the opportunities that we had. It is going to be the end of everything, and there is no further scope that we can be doing, and that is something which vi need Tu firstly acknowledge with the nor on self, which is going to be very much essential to getting rid of the fear of failure.
There can be many reasons why we feel this particular fear but there is one of the biggest facts that we do get attached to failure much more is because of the fact that we do think about what is going to be thought by other people around us if we are not able to do what we plan to and that is something that is going to be a very big factor and also something that is quit useless because we should be only thinking about how it matters to us and how we can make it happen rather than thinking about what people are going to think about us once we fail.
There can be many causes why this fear exists within our self such as their can be a lot of such experience is in the past which has made us feel or grow in this particular manner and also make us question our self worth in many ways which has just stuck with us and converted slowly into a lack of confidence and later on ultimately it became the fear that we are going to be feeling in whatever we are doing and that is something which we should be trying to get over from.
One of the biggest disadvantages of carrying the fear of Failure is going to be the fact that we are going to be avoiding a lot of things that we might have done and also have the potential for another same time we are also going to be getting gripped much more in Procrastination just because of that fear and that is always going to be making us door certain things that we might have never done such as giving in much more effort and useless research about the thing which we end up over doing much more and in the and never implement it as well.
The actual reality about Failure is something that we need to be learning as it is something that is not just something which is going to be a signature that it is the end of the road for us however it is going to be a very big feedback for us that there is something that we are doing wrong and eventually once we make it right we are going to be getting to the place where we want to be and that is something that is only going to be coming once we fail and it is going to be one of the biggest steps for us to make growth in our life rather than how negatively we look at it.
One of the best things that we can be doing to be getting away from the fear of Failure is to be always trying to visualise how success would look like and keep ourselves motivated that we are not going to stop until we make that visualisation a reality and mentally rehearsing all of the things that we are going to be doing once we reach there is something that is going to be making as much more focus on the goal that we have set rather than thinking about these outcomes which might come which is something that we should be trying to focus upon much more rather than looking forward towards failure which is going to be a very negative factor for us.
Ultimately we need to understand that failure is something that is not the enemy which we need to be eliminating from our life because it is something that can have a lot of positive impacts on as but the not taking action from our side just because of that fear that we might fail is something that is a very big enemy for us which is something that we need to be getting rid of and also trying to move away from it and make or way through all of those obstacles that we face in our life and move ahead towards the goal that we have set regardless of how many setbacks we get.
