Life is something that is a really big journey that we all travel and there are a lot of such experience is that we carry on for a long period throughout our lives which makes it something that is going to be making us experience a lot of different things around our life itself which is opening up a lot of possibilities for such a particular event such as we didn't use to like something as we were young but as we started to grow we started to deeply appreciate it.
There are a lot of such things in the life of people as this slowly starts to appreciate the presence of something that they used to hate or feel very much scared about when they we young, and that is something which only happens after we realise the value that the particular thing has to offer within itself. One such thing for me was silence, as it was very awkward and uncomfortable for me as I was a kid.
It used to be something that I felt was and indication of something that is incomplete and is waiting to get something which is going to be completing the gap and making it full field in its maximum potential and there was a strange feeling within myself whenever I was in a particular place which was fully silent as the absence of sound was something that was not making me comfortable anyway because I was in such a habit of having some sort of constant background noise that I got habituated to it and not having any kind of sound was very unnatural for me.
When Everything felt silent it was a very scary situation for me to be in as it felt like something would happen to me and it was something that was not the normal thing that is something that should have happened and it is something that I always use to avoid at every time whenever it was possible for me but thinking about those days I now realise the fact that it was not silence that used to be a particular thing which bothered me but it was the confirmation of everything been very much inactive around me which was something that made me feel that I am alone in that particular place which was the big reason for me to feel scared.
However as I grew up there were a lot of things which started to take place in my life and life eventually got much louder and much less silent in many ways which was something that made me realise that silence was always something that could have been a great thing to possess whenever we had the opportunity but now that I have grown up there are endless responsibilities that we need to be taking care of and a lot of other things as well that we need to make sure that they happen the way they are meant to be and all of this has even made some mental noise with an or brain which is never letting it be silent exist.
The mental load that we all have right now in our Lifestyle which is making it quite stressful and full of anxiety is something that is making a feel that there is a constant charter within our brain which is something that wants us to have some set of peace and silence but right now we don't have that luxury with us which is something that makes me feel that the silence that I used to experience in my childhood and I used to get scared with it was something that was one of the most peaceful environment that I could find myself in.
Nowadays life is something that is more like looking for ways with which we can enjoy that silence in its full potential and that is only going to be something which can give a speech and one of the best experience is which silence that I had in the recent few years is going to be when I visit some hill stations as it is going to be one of the most peaceful sceneries that you can experience along with a very amazing kind of silence which is going to make you feel very much mentally fresh and those moment you will realise the value of real silence away from our busy life style and the Hustle and bustle of our cities.
Later on as I grew old I even realized the fact that silence was actually not something which was indicating and absence of something but rather it is always going to be full of a lot of things that we don't observe because of the noise that we are surrounded with and once we are in a completely silent environment we get to observe a lot of things around us as well as a lot of things within our self as well in a way which is going to be allowing us to be having a much better and clear mental space.
There are a lot of Amazing benefits that silence has with it to offer for us as one of the biggest problems that we all deal with his going to be regulating or emotions and been quite can make us feel a lot more calm and it can be one of the most comforting feelings that we can have with an around self and the same time it can also be having a very positive impact on our blood pressure and a lot of other physical activities of our body.
It really is a crazy journey for me because something that I used to hate or feel very scared of in my childhood is something that has become one of the most craved things for me right now. It took a very long period for me to realise the actual thing that silent has with it to offer but at the same time it has been a great experience because it's your leave is something that we often take very for granted but at the same time once we realise it's value it is something that can never be replaced by any other thing.
