Trading Noise for Stillness: My Journey to Stress Relief

The lifestyle that we all are living nowadays is pushing us to a doing a lot of things that we are responsible for and that is going to be making us sometime series a particular stage which is not going to be in our capability to be handling all of it in a very nice manner and as a result we often get stressed about it. Stress has become something that has slowly become a very big part of our lives nowadays because it is going to be there in the middle of almost everything that we are doing, and it can be completely raining or mental peace in a very strange manner.

Stress is something that can be influencing a lot of our things in a very negative manners well and that is why it becomes even more important to be finding out ways with which we can be handling it in a very efficient manner as not able to do that will lead to many consequences which is something that we should be very much thoughtful about. There needs to be a kind of strategy that we can implement whenever we are in such a situation, when we feel stressed or some sort of anxiety is troubling us quite a lot.

Many a time is stress can be a very positive thing to be existing in our life as it can be helping us to be much more motivated to get feeling out of our mind and that can be a fuel that we need to put in more efforts but after while it becomes toxic which can be a factor that can full as down and also a lot of other negative influences which it can have such as it can be impacting our mood and even the physical health of ours which is something that we should all be avoiding.

People usually try to figure out ways with which they can be getting out of those stressful situations or at least feel a little bit, after doing that particular activity and that becomes their go to activity whenever it is something that is getting stressful for them and such a thing for me is going to be just simply walking out in nature just away from everything without having anything else to feel worried about as well.

I discovered this accidently when I was in a very stressful situation and I just got so much frustrated that I left the work right there and just went out to just have a walk and it was raining a little bit at that evening and the same river something that was really pretty nice and felt peaceful to me apart from that there was this smell of soil which you can have after little bit of rain and that is also something that I love very much and all of that in a combination made me feel much better as it felt like I left a very heavy weight which I was carrying for a very long period and after that it became the go to activity which I am to get myself involved in whenever I feel stressed.

One of the best things about just walking around in the nature itself is going to be the fact that it is pretty accessible as we can be doing it almost everywhere as there is nothing that is required from the start itself for able to do it and you can be getting yourself engaged in a bit of walking but easily even in the nearest Gardens or even the streets around you and even that can make you feel better in the same manner.

Along with that having some physical activity done makes us forget about a lot of things and also give us a particular reason to be focusing upon and in that particular manner we start to observe a lot of other things is well which is going to be a very good booster in our mood as we are keeping our body active in that same manner which is also going to be helping us to have some better thoughts in our brain as well.

There are a lot of benefits that I got to feel when it comes to just having a walk around in those stressful situations and it has more less help me almost every time as the things that you are involved in something that is not going to get better if we press even harder and that is something which I have realised and at the same time if you get yourself involved in something which gives you peace then it is the best possible thing that you can be doing and that particular point of time and after which getting back to the thing that we were doing with the much fresher mind.

However it is not always going to be the solution for our stress as their can be many such situations when even the Peaceful walk which is the solution for almost all stress that I feel sometimes doesn't just do the job and their can be many such situations which can come into this list and in those particular time you should be looking forward to its even some other options that you can combine with it which can be proving helpful for you and all of these things should be figure out by us as they can be coming in very handy in those situations which is not so easy to deal with.

It is often a little bit complex to find our go to activity in those stressful situations but it can be quite easy if we just keep on experimenting with different activity and once we notice a thing that is helping us to just having our tension getting towards a little bit lower level and also making us feel calm that is going to be something which is very much helpful in those situations and we can make it a habit which we can be using to get relaxed especially during those stressful situations.
