Hello, this is my first publication through #actifit, I had been wanting to use this #dapp for a while, but my old phone did not register my steps very well, I hope this is the first of many publications and especially because it motivates me to stay in shape keeping track of how I progress and improve my health, I considered entering the gym to follow a better routine. Today I had to move around a lot in the university, I had classes in each of the faculties located at the ends of the university and almost always on the top floors. I walked long stretches, and then I was going up and down stairs. A long day, where I learned a lot and I know that with effort I will be able to get ahead before.

Hola, está es mi primera publicación por medio de #actifit, hace tiempo había querido usar esta #dapp, pero mi antiguo móvil no me registraba muy bien los pasos, espero que está sea la primera de muchas publicaciones y en especial por qué me motiva a mantenerme en forma llevando un registro de como avanzo y mejoro mi salud, consideró ingresar al gimnasio para seguir una mejor rutina. El día de hoy tuve que desplazarme mucho en la universidad, tuve clases en cada uno de las facultades ubicadas en los extremos de la universidad y casi siempre en los últimos pisos. Recorría largos tramos, para después estar subiendo y bajando escaleras. Un largo día, donde aprendí mucho y se que con esfuerzo podré salir adelante.
