Hallo!

Hope you're all well upon reading my post.

I just want to share about our recent little adventure to the nearby beach. I brought my kids there to swim but it was low tide, so they just explored around and still had fun.

This is one of my action steps to create memories with my children to build a strong relationship.

My two sons had a great time looking at the sea creatures they could find on the seabed as they were visible due to the low tide.

This is what I love about children. They always see things appreciatively, wonderfully, and with fresh eyes! They were so amazed by the fish, sea urchins, sea shells, crabs, star fish, and sea cucumber.

The landscape was also very picturesque.

It was just about 3PM when we arrived at the beach, and we went home just before the sunset.

I am grateful to the Lord for this free gift of nature, for having kids, and for having the time to enjoy moments like this, building their core memories and filling up their emotional banks.

It was tiring yet fulfilling and also a moment of self-care for me, to be with nature and let it do its healing for me.

I just want to share that this same beach was where our parents brought us when we were kids. Going here was special because it's one of my core memories as a child. And look at us now. Who could have thought that I will be living just a few minutes walk away from this beach so that anytime we want to go here we could just do so easily without spending a dime. We didn't plan it. It just so happened, possible a divine plan. That's why I am so grateful.

We've really come full circle.
