Today I'm bringing you a little doll I'm in love with: Sailor Moon in chibi form! 🤭 I saw her, loved her, and said, "I have to make this." So here she is, made with lots of love, patience, and foam. If you're also a fan of Serena (or of crafts with soul), this tutorial is for you 💫

Materials
- Foami color piel (lo más clarito que consigan)
- Foami rojo, azul (yo usé escarchado ✨), amarillo, naranja y negro
- Témperas para los detalles del rostro
- Y como ingrediente secreto... ¡mucha paciencia! 🤫
- Skin-colored foam (the lightest you can get)
- Red, blue (I used frosted ✨), yellow, orange, and black foam
- Tempera paints for the face details
- And the secret ingredient... lots of patience! 🤫
🧵 Paso a paso
Step by step
- Cuerpo base:
Comienza armando el cuerpo guiándote por los moldes. Puedes usar las imágenes como referencia.
Base Body: Start by assembling the body using the templates as a guide. You can use the images as a reference.
- Piernas: Puedes pintarlas o usar foami rojo directamente para simular las botas.
Legs: You can paint them or use red foam to simulate boots.
- Falda mágica:
Recorta el foami azul en forma de faldita. Si tienes escarchado, ¡mucho mejor! Le da ese toque encantador ✨
Magic Skirt: Cut the blue foam into a skirt shape. If you have glitter, even better! It gives it that charming touch.
- Cabello (parte trasera):
Haz un círculo más grande que la cabeza y pégalo por detrás como base.
Hair (back): Make a circle larger than the head and glue it to the back as a base.
- Cabello (parte delantera y coletas):
Recorta mechones delanteros y las coletas con foami amarillo. Para los moñitos, usa medio círculo de foami rojo y colócalo en el centro de cada coleta.
Hair (front and ponytails): Cut the front strands and ponytails with yellow foam. For the buns, use a half circle of red foam and place it in the center of each ponytail.
- Rostro:
Pinta los ojos, boca y cejas con témperas. Deja secar bien antes de colocar el flequillo y las coletas. ¡Aquí es donde Serena cobra vida!
Face: Paint the eyes, mouth, and eyebrows with tempera paint. Let it dry thoroughly before adding the bangs and pigtails. This is where Serena comes to life!
- Toques finales:
Agrega su lacito rojo al frente y ¡listo! Ya tienes tu versión chibi de Sailor Moon hecha en foami 🌙💖
Finishing Touches: Add her little red bow to the front and that's it! You now have your chibi Sailor Moon foam version 🌙💖
