Empecé un nuevo empleo, tenía mucho tiempo que había dejado de trabajar en lugares fijos, con sueldo fijo y con personal, me llamaron para que me encargará de un negocio el cual acepte, es de un viejo amigo, este tiene varios negocios, Gracias a Dios que con esta crisis tan fuerte se ha mantenido trabajando en otra Ciudad.
Me active y empecé mis labores, estoy encargada de la administración de unos de los negocios, en este trabajan varios chicos, en el cual está un joven que según todos los trabajadores, es la ovejita negra, porque, es flojo, responde mal a los compañeros, según no es buen muchacho.
Desde que empecé a tratar con él, me dedique a siempre darle una gesto de cariño y hablar con el chico, no me hacía caso, me respondía mal, pero, no le hice caso a su mal comportamiento, empecé a sacarle mucha conversación y darle una mano en lo que necesitaba, lo saludo con cariño y todo lo que le digo es con mi sonrisa y haciendo palabras de afecto y elogiando su trabajo, a los días me doy cuenta que el chico es una gran persona, está falta de cariño y de Amor.
Cuando, le decia algo me respondía y me daba mala respuesta y respondía algo, me llene de paciencia y poco a poco, el chico fue cambiando de actitud, comportamiento, ahora el chico sonríe y poco a poco está compartiendo con los demás compañero, algunas veces el liderazgo en una empresa tiene que ir ligado con respeto hacia el trabajo, empatía, autoridad y sobre todo mucho Amor.
No debemos de juzgar a los jóvenes de hoy, estos chicos están lleno de muchos problemas internos, vivimos en un país o sociedad que está cargada de muchos problemas, el cual ha hecho muy difícil la situación para muchos jóvenes y personas que son muy débiles, no es lo mismo conversar con una persona experimentada o bien plantada , que con un joven de carácter débil.
Considero, que debemos de elogiar, admirar a estos chicos que de una u otra forma han echado para adelante, ya que a pesar de los diferentes problemas que tenemos en nuestro entorno, han estado activos, si le damos un abrazo, una palmada de espalda, le damos un buen consejo, ellos se siente bien y tomados en cuenta dentro de una sociedad que está muy fuerte.
Debemos de estar alerta y velar por nuestros jóvenes, lo cual necesita ser elogiado y admirado, no sabemos porque, lucha o calvario están pasando muchos jóvenes, los cuales están necesitados de afecto y mucho Amor.
