Greetings, friends. The other day, I shared a Pochita figurine on my blog. This character is very well known and the most likely to be featured in plush toys and other toys from the anime Chainsaw Man. Well, thinking about what other adorable and charming anime characters I could make, I came up with one of the most charming from Cardcaptor Sakura, an anime I watched many years ago. It's the guardian of the Clow Cards, the almighty Kero... yes, Kero... >># Español >>Saludos amigos. El otro día compartí en mi blog una figurita de Pochita. Este personaje es muy conocido y el más propenso a ser presentado en peluches y otros juguetes del anime Chainsaw Man. >> >>Pues bien, pensando en qué otros personajes adorables y encantadores de animé podría hacer, se me ocurrió uno de los más encantadores de Sakura Card Captor, un animé que vi hace muchos años. Se trata del guardián de las cartas clow, el todopoderoso Kero... sí, Kero...  To make this figurine, I used different colors of modeling clay for the base, as I didn't want to use up all the yellow I had on this character alone. >>Para realizar esta figurita usé plastilina de diversos colores para la base, pues no quería gastar todo el color amarillo que tenía solo en este personaje.  I made the shapes with different colors of plasticine and then covered them with the yellow plasticine that would be used for the final color. Once these shapes were ready, the body and the head, I used a wooden stick to join the two pieces together. The character ended up looking like a chess pawn. >>Hice las formas con aquella plastilina de diversos colores y luego la cubrí con la plastilina amarilla con la que quedaría. Una vez listas estas formas, la del cuerpo y la cabeza, usé un palillo de madera para unir estas dos piezas. El personaje quedó con una forma parecida a la de un peón de un ajedrez. ||| |-|-| Once the body was done, I continued with the legs. I started by making small spheres and then pinched one end to form the character's feet. >>Una vez hecho el cuerpo, continué con las patitas. Comencé haciendo unas esferitas y a partir de esta forma pellizqué un extremo y saqué los piecitos del personaje. ||| |-|-| For the arms, I made two small sticks out of pure yellow plasticine, just like the legs. I attached these two pieces to the body and smoothed the joints so that there was no visible separation between the limbs and the body. >>Para los bracitos hice dos bastoncitos de plastilina puramente amarilla, igual que con las patitas. Estas dos piezas las uní al cuerpo y suavicé las uniones para que no se viese separación entre las piezas de las extremidades y del cuerpo. ||| |-|-| For the ears, I made a flattened circle out of yellow modeling clay, then used more light yellow modeling clay to make another slightly smaller flattened circle and stuck them on top of each other, as you can see in the image below on the left. I cut this circle in half and the two ears were ready. >>Para las orejas hice un círculo aplastado de la plastilina amarilla, luego usé más plastilina amarilla clara para hacer otro círculo aplastado un poco más pequeño y los pegué uno encima del otro, como ven en la imagen de abajo a la izquierda. Este círculo lo corté a la mitad y quedaron listas las dos orejas. ||| |-|-| I placed each ear on either side of the head, curving them slightly to give them a concave shape. I also added the details of the face, such as the small eyes, nose, and mouth. >>Cada oreja la coloqué a cada lado de la cabeza, curveándolas un poco para dar una forma cóncava. También le coloqué los detalles de la cara, como los pequeños ojos, la nariz y la boca. ||| |-|-| The last thing I made were the wings, which I made with white modeling clay. I also made the tail with modeling clay and wire so that it could keep its shape. >>Ya lo último que hice fueron las alitas, las cuales hice con plastilina de color blanco. La colita también la hice con plastilina y alambre para que esta pudiera mantener la forma. ||| |-|-| ### After the glue I used dried, the figurine was finished.
