Greetings, friends. It's been a while since I've posted in the community, but I'd like to share with you a project I've been working on for some time now: a small Pokémon collection. To date, I've made a lot of first-generation Pokémon, so today I'd like to share another one with you, a very cute Pokémon called Sandshrew, whose evolution is quite interesting and even has a different form in the most recent versions. Acompáñenme en el proceso creativo de tan simpático personaje.  # Step by step The materials I used for this figurine were as follows: * Plasticine * Wire * Glue Due to the shape I decided to give the Pokémon, it wasn't necessary to make a very strong base, so I began to mold and build using these materials. >># Paso a paso >>Los materiales que utilicé para esta figurita fueron los siguientes: >> >>* Plastilina >>* Alambre >>* Pegamento >> >>Por la forma en que decidí hacer al Pokémon, no era necesario hacer una base demasiado fuerte, así que comencé a moldear y construir a partir de estos materiales.  The first thing I did was make this shape similar to a rubber duck, but without a head. As you can see, the color is similar to the yellow of desert sand, so it's a very good color for this Pokémon, which is precisely inspired by this type of environment. >>Lo primero que hice fue hacer esta forma similar a un patito de hule, pero sin cabeza. Como pueden ver, el color es similar al amarillo de la arena del desierto, así que es un color muy bueno para este Pokémon, que precisamente está inspirado en este tipo de ambiente.  Well, I continued with the arms and legs. I made the arms look like two eggplants, with three white claws. I also used L-shaped wires so that they could be attached to the character's body. I also made the legs round, then added the feet, which are like two small beans with two claws. I used wire on the legs as well so they could be attached in place. >>Pues bien, continué con los bracitos y las piernas. Los bracitos los hice como si fuesen dos berenjenas, con tres garras de color blanco. También usé alambres en forma de "L" para que pudieran fijarse al cuerpo del personaje. >> >>Las piernas también las hice redondas, luego le coloqué los pies, que son como dos granitos de frijol con dos garritas. Usé alambre también en las piernas para poder fijarlas en su sitio. ||| |-|-| Here are the pieces of the Pokémon's body: the torso, arms, and legs. Once these pieces were ready, I drew the distinctive lines that Sandshrew has on its body. >>Aquí quedaron las piezas del cuerpo del Pokémon; el torso, los brazos y las piernas. Una vez listas estas piezas, hice las líneas tan características que Sandshrew tiene en su cuerpo. ||| |-|-| After that, I made the head, with all the necessary details, and then I joined all the body parts together, using glue and wire to keep everything in place. >>Luego de esto le hice la cabeza, con todos los detalles necesarios y, además, uní todas las piezas del cuerpo, usando pegamento y alambre para que todas las piezas se mantengan fijas en su lugar. ||| |-|-|  This is how the figurine was completed.
