When I walk through any meadow in the region, I notice small details that can be observed, like the one that can barely be seen here. What we usually find is a lot of destruction due to many trunks being poorly utilized, as you can see in this space. Cutting down a tree in its early stage is the biggest sin humanity is committing. Over the past 300 years, they haven't learned that a tree should be allowed to grow and develop permanently, and that's how we preserve life and obtain an infinite resource.

I've always talked about the Japanese technique, where the tree is cut at a height of around 3 meters, especially in places like the Lebanese hills, so it can continue living, and then we have infinite wood. But that doesn't happen in other regions, where people just cut down the tree as easily as cutting when it has a diameter of approximately 3 to 5 cm, which is a waste. That size is reached in about one or two years, but if we let any small tree grow for 7 years, after 7 years, we would have much more wood than what can be utilized by cutting it down, and we could leave the tree alive at 3 meters high and have infinite wood.

But people don't see that; they only look for something easy and uncomplicated. That's why many forests are being cut down, and many forests are not being developed because trees aren't allowed to reach their full potential. Let's take care of the environment; it's a resource worth preserving.
