Welcome to Week 21 of the Hive Garden Question!
Last week's challenge was all about workplace gardens or greenery, and it was lovely to get a little insight into people's work lives and the appreciation people have for plants and trees for their breaktime, their views, or even just being able to visit other people's gardens as part of their work life - or, if they were lucky enough to work from home, more delights from their home garden! Thanks @markone85, @lisfabian, @hjrrodriguez and @sanjeevm for joining in (you all gain a small beneficiary this week), and any others that may have after I wrote this post for Saturday's Week 21 challenge.
Now please don't get intimidated by this one - don't worry if you don't think you're a good writer! The ideas are what matter. It doesn't have to be story if you find yourself struggling - it could be a bit of tech you've heard about, a 'garden of the future' kinda post.
You could even try writing a letter from your future self saying what gardening is like in the future! As always, we appreciate your own interpretation of the question.
This Week's Question/s
Write a science fiction piece about a garden. You don't need to be a creative writer - just have fun. Maybe you've found a time machine and travelled to your future garden, or maybe you find an alien plant. Perhaps a worm 🐛 hole takes you to another plant with the strangest garden you have ever seen, or you find a robot in your garden pulling weeds, or cloned yourself to do more garden work> Don't worry about your writing skills - the ideas are the most important thing about this challenge!
