Es verdad que muchos de nosotros hemos y estamos pasando por situaciones muy difíciles, que la mayoría de las veces nos roban las fuerzas, el ánimo y hasta las ganas de vivir. Pero qué bueno es poder tener la capacidad de entender que solo es un mal momento que pasará y nos permitirá poder levantarnos de nuevo. >>It is true that many of us have been and are going through very difficult situations, which most of the time rob us of our strength, courage and even the will to live. But how good it is to be able to have the ability to understand that it is only a bad moment that will pass and will allow us to get up again. Es muy triste ver las noticias y saber que millones de personas sufren por desastres naturales, enfermedades, situaciones económicas o la muerte de sus seres queridos. Y aunque no los conocemos es inevitable sentir dolor en nuestro corazón. >>It is very sad to see the news and know that millions of people suffer from natural disasters, illnesses, economic situations or the death of their loved ones. And although we do not know them, it is inevitable to feel pain in our hearts.  Son más los momentos de angustias que se vive que da miedo a veces vivir, nos sentimos impotentes ante las injusticias que tenemos que ver a diario. Ver como personas que tienen el poder y el dinero suficiente para vivir, no son conformes, al contrario, la avaricia se apodera de ellos haciendo todo lo imposible por obtener más. >>There are so many moments of anguish that it is sometimes scary to live, we feel helpless before the injustices that we have to see every day. To see how people who have enough power and money to live, are not satisfied, on the contrary, greed takes over them doing everything impossible to get more. A veces me pregunto qué le ha pasado a las personas que han cambiado sus valores, principios y sobre todo su esencia para satisfacer el deseo de los ojos y dejarse arrastrar por un mundo que resulta en muchas ocasiones ser muy cruel. >>Sometimes I wonder what has happened to people who have changed their values, principles and above all their essence to satisfy the desire of the eyes and let themselves be dragged by a world that often turns out to be very cruel.  Todos estamos expuestos a vivir en consecuencia de todas estas cosas malas que pasan a nuestro alrededor, sin tener la posibilidad de poder escapar de ellas porque están por todas partes. Una de las cosas más alarmantes que nos ha tocado ser testigos, es la cantidad de personas que se quitan la vida, en especial los adolescentes. >>We are all exposed to live in consequence of all these bad things that happen around us, without having the possibility of being able to escape from them because they are everywhere. One of the most alarming things that we have witnessed is the number of people who take their own lives, especially teenagers. Es muy difícil imaginar cómo se deben sentir los padres de estos jóvenes que deciden ponerle fin a su vida, llevados por la depresión, ansiedad y malos pensamientos. >>It is very difficult to imagine how the parents of these young people who decide to end their lives, driven by depression, anxiety and bad thoughts, must feel. Es por esto mis queridos lectores que debemos disfrutar de ese viento que llega por momentos y nos hace olvidar lo duro que es la vida. Tenemos que darnos el tiempo de hacer y ser felices aunque sea por poco tiempo. Sintamos desde nuestro corazón ese deseo de seguir sonriendo aunque por dentro estemos rotos. >>That is why my dear readers we must enjoy that wind that comes at times and makes us forget how hard life is. We have to take the time to do and be happy even if it is for a short time. Let's feel from our heart that desire to keep smiling even if we are broken inside.  Seamos valientes y tomemos la rienda de nuestra vida. Cuando nos toque llorar que no nos de vergüenza pues es una faceta de nuestra vida donde se nos permite aflorar nuestros sentimientos y vaciar nuestro corazón. >>Let us be brave and take control of our lives. When it is our turn to cry, let us not be ashamed because it is a facet of our life where we are allowed to show our feelings and empty our heart. Seamos tenaces y decididos a no desperdiciar esas ocasiones que nos brindan las personas que amamos para mostrar la otra cara de la moneda. Esa felicidad que nos permita opacar nuestros sufrimientos. >>Let us be tenacious and determined not to waste those occasions that the people we love give us to show the other side of the coin. That happiness that allows us to overshadow our sufferings. Me despido con el profundo deseo de que podamos encontrar el equilibrio adecuado en nuestras vidas, que seamos portadores de buenos momentos para las demás personas, y que a pesar de lo difícil que se ha vuelto la vida, sigamos encontrando motivos especiales para ser felices. >>I say goodbye with the deep wish that we may find the right balance in our lives, that we may be bearers of good moments for other people, and that in spite of how difficult life has become, we may continue to find special reasons to be happy
