Es un verdadero reto poder sentirse feliz en un mundo en donde los problemas nunca acaban, nos vemos envueltos en conflictos de diferentes índoles, muchos de ellos causados por otras personas. Pero qué importante es reconocer y entender que nuestra vida depende del control que tengamos sobre ella y de cómo vivimos el día a día. >>It is a real challenge to feel happy in a world where problems never end, we are involved in conflicts of different kinds, many of them caused by other people. But how important it is to recognize and understand that our life depends on the control we have over it and how we live day by day.  Rodearse de personas optimistas que no dejan que las dificultades le roben la alegría, por el contrario, que son capaces de sobreponerse y continuar el camino por muchos obstáculos que se presenten, son las que nos enseñan a cómo levantarnos después de una caída. >>Surrounding ourselves with optimistic people who do not let difficulties steal their joy, on the contrary, who are able to overcome and continue on their way no matter how many obstacles they face, are the ones who teach us how to get up after a fall.  En cada persona que les muestro a través de mis fotos, hay una historia que contar, un dolor que superar y muchas otras cosas que implica lucha constante y el gran deseo de no rendirse. Dejarse llevar por la vida sin rumbo nos ocasiona muchos más problemas, como individuos debemos darle verdadero sentido a nuestra vida, y en esto los amigos y familiares juegan un papel importante cuando están del lado correcto. >>As individuals we must give true meaning to our lives, and in this, friends and family play an important role when they are on the right side of the issue.  Hoy aprendí que no debemos concentrarnos en las cosas que están por pasar, porque muchas de ellas nunca llegan a ocurrir, solo logramos vivir en una sola angustia, angustia que por supuesto termina robándonos la alegría. >>Today I learned that we should not focus on the things that are about to happen, because many of them never happen, we only manage to live in a single anguish, anguish that of course ends up stealing our joy.
