Golgappe, also known as Pani Puri, Puchka, Gup Chup and Batashe is undoubtedly, one of the most loved and popular street foods all across India even now Globally. Golgappa is a fried Hollow Balls made of wheat flour filled with chickpeas and boiled potatoes and served with tangy water. Sometimes it is also served with sweet and sour chutney but that totally your taste and Flavour. Earlier golgappas were served with the only one tangy Flavour water you can customise it just by adding the chutney of your choice but as time progressed there was many variation in the Water, now golgappe are severing with different flavours of water like mint, Garlic, coriander, asafoetida and many more.

I can say with confidence that I have eaten Golgappe at thousands of places. But the taste of one does not match with the other, everyone has their own flavour.

I went to the market and this is the famous Golgappa of my city, there is always a queue of people to eat Golgappa here, this vendor servings golgappa with five different type of Flavourful water . The flavour of each water was very tasty and the quality of their golgappas was also superb, they were extra crispy.

Golgappas are my favourite but to tell you the truth I like the golgappas from street side and not the ones from hygienic high restaurants. I start craving for Golgappas as soon as it is 7:00 in the evening. I eat Golgappas three to four times a week. Firstly, these are made of flour, they are healthy and cheap too, hence you can satisfy your evening cravy with tangy & spicy golgapas.

My mouth is watering while writing this blog. But the unfortunately is that it is 10:00 pm. I can't go out to eat golgappe.

Have you ever eaten golgappas? If not, and if you ever come to India, why not miss the opportunity to eat golgappas? I would bet that if you have ever eaten one, you will become crazy about it

Thankyou ๐Ÿ˜€
