Today i would like to share the recipe of Sugar Lime or Mausambi Juice there is no such recipe, it is simply put it into juicers, strain it and enjoy. I always prefer fresh home made juice as it contains as it is fresh, no artificial sugar, or preservatives, even having more antioxidant, more vitamins, and more nutritional. There are huge benefits of drinking sugar lime juice daily like boosting immunity with its high Vitamin C content, Help in digestion, healthy glowing skin, hydrate your body, preventing constipation as it contains Fiber and contributes to heart health by regulating blood pressure and cholesterol. I adjust to everyone one consume one glass of fresh sugar lime juice everyday empty stomach for healthy life.

Ingredients๐Ÿ“ƒ


โ€ข 500 grams of mausambi/Sugar Lime. โ€ข 1/2 Chaat Masala. โ€ข 1/2 Sugar(optional). โ€ข Salt to taste.

First, wash the Mausambi or Sweet lime with water or wipe it with a clean cloth so that all the dirt on its gets removed.

Let us cut the sweet lime into thick slices, as shown in Picture.

If you have this type of juicer then put pressure in the middle of it. If you have proper juicer machine then simply peel off the lime Sugar, cut into pieces then put it into juicer.

With the help of strainer, strain the juice to remove the pulp or coarseness, Now add the chaat masala, sugar and mix it well.
