Like every year, this year I would like to tell you about Janmashtami celebration,it is a Hindu festival celebrating the birth of Lord Krishna, is a vibrant and spiritually significant event observed with great enthusiasm across India and the world, even this festival is enjoy by the kids most. Everyone has their own way of celebrating Janmashtami traditionally but I will tell you how I celebrate Janmashtami this time, We celebrated it same ways with same rituls & Tradition but this Janmashtami a new member has been added to my house, which is my cute little shitzu Dog whose name is Damru.
This is the temple in my house, I have been seeing him exactly the same way ever since i was born. Woke up early in the morning and clean the temple at home and polish the idols of God. Getting the Lord ready by dressing him in new clothes. In the same way, when it is our birthday, we wear new and Trending clothes, with the same emotions and loves, new & trending clothes for the God too.
After that, we decorate the temple,Put up lights and garlands so that my temple looks the most beautiful. We definitely do balloon decoration as ballons are kids favourite, even it add the cheers full vibes, complementing the traditional decorations and rituals associated with the festival, which marks the birth of Lord Krishna.
Now our temple is ready, decoration is done and God is also ready, now the next and most difficult task is to preparation of puja and Prasad.
This is the puja thali(tray) which includes a , a Kalash (holy water pot), roli (vermillion), chawal (rice), flowers, incense sticks (agarbatti), camphor (kapoor), a diya (oil lamp), and sandalwood paste (chandan), Honey, fresh Flowers. At 12:00 midnight we birth the lord krishna, then do the abhisek(bath of lord krishna with milk, curd, honey, ghee & holywater) then perform puja and some rituals.
This is my dear Laddu Gopal(krishna) who has been born and the Lord is sitting in a silver cradle wearing a silver crown and having a silver flute.
Ice cream and toffees are also kept as prasand ffor children so that they remain excited and concentrate on the puja ๐
Every member in my house kept a fast for whole day, so everything in prasad is also made accordingly Like coconut laddu, katli, jaggery makhane and Many more.
These are the lovely children of my house who have taken the form of Radha Krishna. Some Rituals & Tradition never change, like in my childhood I love to dressup like Radha ji on every janmastami and today the atmosphere are totally, childrens are so advanced but still today's kids have same enthusiasm and excitement to dressup like lord Krishna & Radha.
This is the new member of my house whom we all love very much, he name is Damru and we have prepared it according to Janmashtami celebration, We made cute pony with his hairs and attached a peacock feather in his pony because he is very naughty and makes the pony with great difficulty. We another difficult task to take his perfect picture in which i was failed. Unfortunately got no Perfect Picture ๐
**Every year we celebrate Janmashtami festival in the same way but every time a new energy, enthusiasm, heart with full of joy & Happiness.
Thankyou ๐
