Today i would like to share popular indian Dessert - Makhana Kheer Indian traditional dessert recipe made with Makahna (fox nut) with milk and sugar. It is easy and Quick to prepared. It is healthy and Delicious in taste as it contents lots of dryfruits and Foxnuts. It's creamy and rich in texture it is prepared especially in special occasion but in my house we have Kheer once in a month. It is served cold during the Summers season and hot during the winters. So I serve in Cold, which was really delicious in Taste.

Ingredients📃
• 4 cup milk.
• few saffron.
• ¼ cup sugar.
• 3-4 cardamom.
• 2 cup of Makhana(fox Nut).
• 2 tbsp of Chopped almonds.
• 2 tbsp of Raisin.
Process 👨🏻🍳
Chopped the Almonds & Cut the Makhana into two pieces. Crush the cardamom seeds.
In a kadai/pan heat 4 cup milk, few saffron and mix well. Cooked at a low Flame.
add cardamom powder, do all the process at low flame otherwise your milk boiled out.
Add the Makhana, As soon as you put makhana in the boiling milk, it will shrink. After adding the makhana, Stir well.
Now add the chopped Dryfruits except raisins. Mix well making sure everything is well combined.
Boil until the milk thickens and turns creamy.
When your Kheer is completely cooked , then add the raisins as raisin has tendency to curdle the milk. So be careful, Don't add it While boiling the Milk.
Finally, enjoy Makhana Kheer Recipe warm or cold. As per my suggestion refrigerate it for 2-3 hours, Serve it cold during Summers and Warm in the Winter seasons for amazing flavour and Taste.
