Today I would like to share the recipe of paani puri ka paani(spicy water of water balls) Pani puri is most common street food of india, where it is known with many different name like golgappa, gappa, phuchka, batashe, padake, fulki, or jalpooree in which small puri(balls) filled with mashed aloo(potato es) & white peas and flavoured spiced water. It is an extremely simple and tasty pani recipe or spice water for panipuri streetfood, there many type of spicy water with different flavours but the most common pani is tikha hari pani or green coloured mint and coriander infused water. As rainy season is goingon in india, so i don't prefer to eat street food, but i have craving of eating Panipuri at home, so i decided to make it at home. Try this recipe to enjoy the indian most common street food at your home....

Ingredients📃
• 1 cup coriander. • ½ cup mint. • 2 Green chilli. • 2 tbsp of jaljeera powder • 1 tbsp chaat masala • Pinch of asafoetida. • Pinch of Sugar. • ½ tbsp of salt. • ¼ tbsp of Black salt. • Boondi for garnish. • 4 cup water.
Process 👨🏻🍳
Take a big bowl, take a cold water in it.
Directly add the jaljeera powder into the cold water.
Mix it well.
Add a pinch of Sugar for little sweetness & hing with good for digestion. keep it aside.
Now in a mixer jar, add the washed fresh green coriander leaves & green chillies.
Add the salt & chaat masala.
Grind to smooth paste adding water as required.
With the help of strainer, strain the paste remove coarse material.
now pour the paste into the cold water, prepared earlier.
Mix it well, taste it add the spices as your taste & liking. Add the ice cubes or keep it in refrigerator to get cool.
Garnish it with some boondi.Serve the Paani puri ka paani with boiled white peas and with ready water balls(Paani puri)
