Today i would like to share the recipe of Palak Paneer or Garvy of Spinach with Cottage cheese. It is healthy recipes as it is green-colored paneer recipe prepared mainly from the thick paste of spinach puree. Spinach & Cottage cheese both are healthy ingredients, you must try this recipe atleast once a week in your meal. Palak paneer is enjoy with indian bread like roti, paratha or Naan or with stream rice. especially this recipe is enjoy by kids too. There are many ways of making it but 'm telling you easiest and quickest way, make with recipe instructions to get bright Green colour gravy.

Ingredients📃
• 1 bunch palak (spinach). • 3-4 cloves garlic. • 1 inch ginger. • 1 Dried Red chilli. • 1 tbsp cumin. • Pinch of asafoetida. • 4-5 cloves. • 4-5 Black pepper. • 1 bay leaf • 1 Chopped onion. • ½ tbsp chilli powder. • ½ tbsp coriander powder. • ½ tbsp garam masala. • 1-2cup water. • 1 tbsp cream. • 250 grams paneer(cubes). • ½ tbsp garam masala.

In a big get the water to a rolling boil. Once the water comes to a boil, add the bunch palak.

Turn off the flame and dip the palak into boiling water completely. Let it rest for 2-3 minutes in the hot water.

Now drop the palak(spinach) leaves into ice-cold water. This helps to retain bright green colour. Keep it aside for awhile.

In a mixer jar, add roughly chopped onion, cloves, black pepper, garlic & ginger, Make a smooth paste. Putout in a bowl, keep it aside.

In the same jar, Blend to smooth puree without adding any water. keep aside.

Heat the oil in the kadai, Add the bay, add the cumin seeds & Asafoetida.

saute on low flame until the spices turn aromatic.

Now add the onion garlic paste into the kadai,saute until onions turn golden brown.

Further keeping the flame on low,Add the coriander powder, Salt & red chilli powder. Saute until the spices turn aromatic.

Now add in prepared palak puree and cook well on low flame.

Now add the 1 cup of water, don't add too much water, maintain the consistency. Now add 1 tbsp cream, cook it for another 5-7 mins on low flame.

Now add the freshly prepared cootage cheese(paneer). Mix it well, so that panner get coated with palak gravy.

Add the Garam masala, mix well. Finally, enjoy Palak Paneer Recipe with roti or rice.
