Today i would like to share the Recipe of Sweet Corn Paratha it is my own recipe you will not find it anywhere on YouTube. Corns are my favourite i always prefer to experiment with corns, even i can eat the sweet corns in anyforms, so i don't feel regret that it will not make me disappointed. It is madeup of making the corase paste of boiled sweet corns then mix it with chopped onions to make dough then make partha with it, even you can add veggies as your choice or availablity in your house. You can enjoy this recipe at anytimez even it is best recipe for the tiffin. Try this sweet corn recipe, 'm sure you gonna like it .

Ingredients📃
• 200 grams of Sweet corns.
• 2 cups of wheat flour.
• 1 cup of salt(salt to taste).
• 1 tbsp of Red Chilli powder.
• Pinch of turmeric powder.
• 1 tbsp of kathuri Methi.
• 1/2 tbsp of Ajwain(carom seeds).
• Pinch of asafoetida.
• 1 chopped Onion.
• 1 chopped Green Chilli.
• 4-5 cloves Garlic.
• Oil for Toasting
Process 👨🏻🍳
Boil the water in the pan, add the salt. Boiled the corns.
Cool down the corns at room temperature, add the corns & garlic cloves into jar. Make a coarse paste. Keep it aside.
take a big vessel, add the wheat flour, add salt, red chilli powder,asafoetida, carom seeds, chopped onion, and kathuri methi, turmeric powder & Chopped green chilli, one after the another.
As you can see all the ingredients were added, now mix it well everything with hands.
now add corn paste. Mix it well.
add little water, make a tight dough, then Apply oil on the Dough.
then Apply oil on the Dough,When your dough is ready, start making parathas immediately because it contains corns, onion and salt which has a tendency to release water.
pinch a ball sized wheat dough, make it round as shown in the picture.
dust with some wheat flour,so thats it doesn't stick while rolling it.
further, roll it in a circle of about 5 to 5.5 inches in diameter with the Rolling pin.
Heat the Pan/tawa, place the rolled paratha on the hot tawa.
Flip it to another side, pour some oil to roast it
cook both sides brushing oil untill it get brown dots on allover the paratha on Medium flame.
As you can see your your paratha is get brown dots on overall the Partha. Repeat the process with the remaining dough.
Serve the hot paratha with Green chutney , tomato sauce, curd or pickle as your choice.
