A veces, entre tantas ocupaciones, el tiempo se nos va volando. Últimamente, estoy así sin mucho tiempo para nada. Donde cada segundo cuenta. Sin embargo, decidí darme una pequeña pausa. Así que luego de ponerme mi camisa de #HIVE y tomarme un cafecito bien rico, salí corriendo a hacer unas compras rápidas. Ese día, pese a estar apurada, disfruté de mi salida. Porque decidí desconectar un poco y simplemente observar lo que me rodea.
Primero con la taza y mi camisa en mano me sentí recargada con esa sonrisa que le di a la cámara, y luego, al salir a la calle, encontré pequeñas escenas que me arrancaron una sonrisa: un Volkswagen blanco clásico, el carro que siempre he querido tener. No sé por qué siempre me imaginé conduciendo un Escarabajo en un sitio muy verde con un atrapasueños en el espejo.
También pude apreciar cómo la naturaleza va cambiando poco a poco con las estaciones. Caminar sin prisa me recordó lo importante que es detenerse para ver el entorno, respirar hondo y estar presente. Aunque la vida diaria esté llena de pendientes, siempre hay espacio para esos instantes que nos reconectan con lo sencillo y lo real.
Un cafecito, una caminata y la certeza de que el mundo sigue teniendo detalles hermosos esperando a ser vistos. Así fue mi pausa consciente de esta semana.

Sometimes, with so many tasks, time just flies by. Lately, that’s how I’ve been—without much time for anything, where every second seems to count. Still, I decided to give myself a little pause.
So, after putting on my #HIVE shirt and enjoying a delicious cup of coffee, I rushed out to run some quick errands. That day, even though I was in a hurry, I truly enjoyed my outing. I chose to disconnect a little and simply observe what was around me.
First, with the cup in hand and my shirt on, I felt recharged with that smile I gave to the camera. Then, once outside, I stumbled upon little scenes that made me smile even more: a classic white Volkswagen—the car I’ve always wanted to own. I don’t know why, but I’ve always imagined myself driving a Beetle in a very green place, with a dreamcatcher hanging from the mirror.
I also took a moment to notice how nature slowly changes with the seasons.
Walking without rushing reminded me of how important it is to stop, to take in our surroundings, to breathe deeply, and to simply be present. Even if daily life is filled with endless to-dos, there’s always space for those moments that reconnect us with what is simple and real.
A cup of coffee, a walk, and the certainty that the world still holds beautiful details waiting to be seen. That was my mindful pause of the week.
