April 2025 is here. There hasn't been any significant crypto price movements in March. I was surprised. We saw many positive news for bitcoin and crypto. Yet it didn't translate in any meaningful price action. Many attribute the decline in crypto and stocks to the uncertainty of future economic changes due to the Trump tariffs. With all the tariff talks in the past few weeks, they are about to become reality and will be interesting to see how markets will react. Or has it already been priced in? Hopefully, soon it all will be over and bull run will be reset.
While not much news in crypto, March is always an important month for Hive. Hive celebrated its fifth birthday. What an accomplishment! Congratulations to all!. Hive has been around for more than 5 years now. It didn't take long for Hive to realize that activating interest payments for HBD was a great incentive and made HBD a desirable financial instrument and savings asset. It has been four years since first interest payments for HBD were made. Over time interest payment mechanism and APR went through some improvements. It is impressive how after four years of paying interest for HBD, Hive continues to do so. It was great when APR was at 20%. It is still not bad and competitive having APR of 15%.
