Good Day Guys and gurls! I'm here again to share to you my recipe last friday.. I wasn't able to post it earlier coz i ran out of data.. hehe but now i have tons, so here it is..
Gee's Cheezy Lumpia.. <3
I was assigned to cook for dinner again, and my boardmates suggested something for me to cook. But i end making "Lumpia". It may sound uncommon to other places but it's also a famous dish here in the Philippines, but i made put some twist in it. Also, i would like to thank my ever supportive boardmate @sweetcherry for taking some pictures of me while making the dish... ^_^
I mixed the ground pork with some seasonings and spices.
I put a slice of cheese inside.. so that it'll become cheezy... ^_^
I put the finish product in the paper coz it will absorb the excess oil.
Then I made the dip.. I just used plain mayonaise and ketchup... Mixed it until it satisfy your taste..
And finally here's the final product.. hmm.. Crispy lumpia with creamy dip sauce.. Easy to make right? You can try it at your home anytime if you want.. :)
