Hello Hive! How is everyone doing?
For today's share, I am excited to present a video of me making Adobong Manok! Before I also post more photographs from our birthday celebration (see my previous post), I wanted to share the entire preparation process from start to finish.
This video is all about the whole process, from making my version of Adobong Manok to the fun celebration afterwards.
And of course, my Adobo style is very easy and super yummy! Here is my simple recipe:
I use chicken drumsticks.
I marinate the chicken with vinegar, salt, and pepper overnight.
The next morning, I start cooking. In a pan, I add a little bit of oil, then sauté some garlic.
Next, I add the chicken to brown it.
Then, I pour in the marinade sauce, add a bit of sugar and soy sauce, and let it simmer until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is deliciously thick.
