Para la salsa inicie agarrando un bol de vidrio en el que coloque salsa de soja, mostaza , adobo , pimienta , miel, sal, pimentón dulce y un diente de ajo,

Procedemos a mover muy muy bien hasta integrar todos los ingredientes de nuestra salsa, cuando la salsa esté lista, rápidamente la agregamos en los muslos de pollo, menear para que los muslos se bañen con la preparación. Y por último meter el bol en una bolsa de plástico y guardar en la nevera por veinte minutos
