Hello, happy, blessed, beautiful day to all of you. This beautiful community, where there are valuable people with valuable material that you publish every day, is a true pleasure for me to share one of my passions and what I like to enjoy whenever I have some free time. Who doesn't love a good cup of coffee?
There is certainly something for everyone and it is said that there is a great Italian menu for every palate but for me who likes to drink and enjoy a good specialty coffee I always like to do it with a cup in which you can appreciate not only the aroma and sweetness of the natural or washed coffee but also appreciate what late art is and when we talk about late art it is about the small drawings that we see and appreciate at the end and when finishing preparing a coffee in which the barista strives and takes out these beautiful drawings that we see combined in white colors and different types of color palettes that go in the beige brown tones and although it is true that coffee is one of the most consumed drinks in the world, I consider myself a fanatic of a good coffee.
And to be honest, I live in Venezuela, and here in the city of Anzoátegui, we as a family run a barista school where we not only teach the culture of making good coffee, but we also prepare each student to not only draw a picture, but also to achieve the best coffee abstraction that an espresso machine can offer. So, every time I have the opportunity to go to school, to the barista academy, and have someone make me a delicious cup of coffee, I don't miss it.
I tell you that I don't drink much coffee in cafeterias other than at school. I consider that not everyone knows how to prepare a good coffee and we, being teachers or masters in these dairy drinks with coffee, we specialize in ensuring that each temperature, each gram, each weight, everything that goes into each recipe is taken to perfection to obtain a good drink. So, I'm leaving you these photographs so that you can appreciate and imagine a little beyond what I'm talking about.
