Un poco de mi (Esp-Eng)

Holis, por aquí les habla una nueva usuaria, mi nombre es Geraldine, nací el 07 de noviembre del 2000 en la victoria estado Aragua país Venezuela, quiero contarles un poco de mi vida, mi familia, mis hobbies y otras cosas. Mi familia está compuesta por mis hermosos padres y dos hermanos más, un hermano y una hermana. Al nacer fui la más pequeña de la familia y sin duda creci con mucho amor y con una personalidad bastante definida. Algo que recuerdo muy bien es que desde que era un niña me ha gustado cuidar el medio ambiente, por ejemplo me gustaba separar las basuras por ejemplo vidrio con vidrio, plástico con plástico y así sucesivamente, también recuerdo muy bien que venía muchos programas de que hablaban sobre los animales como "cazador de cocodrilos" este tipo de programa me alentaban a cuidar todo lo que me rodeaba.  ***Yo de pequeña*** Si me tocará describir en palabras la crianza que me dieron mis padres diría que fue muy bueno, me enseñaron a respetar los gustó y opiniones de los demás, me enseñaron a leer con el libro "el principito" y créanme que tuvieron mucha paciencia, despertaron mucho mi creatividad al regalarme colores, plastilinas, marcadores y muchas otras cosas, como ellos trabajaban mucho siempre al final de cada día me llevaban algo y por muy sencillo que sea a mi me encantaba, como les dije mis padres han trabajado mucho y por eso tiene lo que tienen son un gran ejemplo a seguir de fidelidad y trabajo duro. Por cierto ellos también poseen un muy buen humor y me gusta pensar que me lo contagiaron. Me han apoyado en mis decisiones y aunque no todo ha Sido de color de rosa ellos han sabido encontrarle lo bueno y bonito a la vida.  ***Aquí una foto con mis padres*** Unos de mis hobbies que me gusta mucho es el voleibol trato de jugarlo dos veces a la semana con mis amigos. Otra cosa que me encanta desde muy niña es cantar, siento que la música me llena de mucha energía tanto como para limpiarla una casa o correr durante un largo tiempo en palabras sencillas la música es un don, me ha llenado de muchas alegrías y también me ha arrebatado algunas lágrimas. Hay muchas artistas que sinceramente merecen mucho respeto por todo lo que transmiten al componer y cantar, un ejemplo muy claro de ellos es Adele no se que opinen ustedes pero para mí es la mejor voz de nuestros tiempos, esa mujer me ha echo sentir sus emociones hasta el grado de llorar, pero hay una canción de ella que me fascina se llama "I drink wine" esa canción ella se la dedica a si misma no a ninguna persona, para mí es una canción de superación a uno mismo por eso me encanta. Pienso que los amigos son una parte muy importante de nuestra vida y que llegan a ser tan cercanos a nosotros como un hermano, por eso me esfuerzo por ser una buena amiga aunque sinceramente no es fácil por las muchas actividades y preocupaciones que tenemos es fácil pensar solo en mi misma, pero me esfuerzo por pensar en mis amigos como se sienten y que puedo hacer para hacerlos sentir mejor, claro no todas las personas son buenas amigas así que tengo cuidado a la hora de elegir. Algo que no me gusta de las personas es cuando son muy tóxicas o hablan siempre mal de los demás siento que ese tipo de personas no las quiero en mi vida y prefiero evitarlas. Algo que me gusta que sepan de mi es sobre mi relación con el cabello, siempre ha sido algo complicada pero hoy por hoy estamos mejorando, desde pequeña me acostumbraron a plancharme el cabello para las ocasiones especiales y ustedes se preguntarán por qué? Bueno... El país en el que vivo se da mucho énfasis a la belleza y sobre todo en el cabello y se ha tenido la idea desde hace mucho tiempo que solo las personas bonitas tienen el cabello liso, las que lo tienen rozados se les considera y llama "cabello malo" pero nada más lejos de la realidad que eso. Pero debido a que el cabello liso era lo que se considera bonito obligue a mi cabello a ser de una textura que no era natural, por está razón decidí al entrar a la secundaria plancharme el cabello todas las semanas sin usar ningún tipo de protector térmico ni secador solo la plancha directamente, despues de eso decidí echarme una cirugía capilar (una muy mala decisión) porque aunque al principio me lo dejaba liso sentía como mi cabello se me caía y perdía densidad, así que por el bien de mi cabello decidí dejar de placharmelo gracias a la abundante información que hay por todos lados sobre las texturas, los tipos de rizos, los cuidados que hay que darle y como definirlos. Aunque aún no lo tengo 100% rizos vamos encaminados para allá para ello decidí cortarme el cabello, una decisión muy emocionante. Hay una persona en mi vida que me ha llenado de muchas alegrías, este es mi esposo, se llama Antuan, es una persona muy buena, paciente, leal y trabajadora. Siento que los dos nos ayudamos a ser mejores personas y de eso se trata tener una pareja, no? Que saque la mejor versión de ti. Además de sus muy bellas cualidades me perece una persona físicamente atractiva desde mi punto de vista. Nosotros nos casamos el año pasado el 12 de julio del 2024 y que rápido pasa el tiempo a su lado, ya casi cumplimos un año. Y está en resumidas cuentas es mi vida, no es extraordinaria pero para mí ha Sido muy linda.  ***El día que nos casamos.*** Llegué a esta plataforma porque un amigo que seguro conocen llamado "cajiro" me contó sobre ella y lo segura que es por eso me animé a crear mi usuario y a escribirles y también porque este medio me permite expresarme y darle rienda a mi imaginación, también como muchas sabrán en Venezuela debio a la crisis económica se hace muy difícil conseguir un trabajo así que veo este medio como un trabajo sustentable, espero que puedan disfrutar del contenido que creó. By the way they also have a very good sense of humour and I like to think that they passed it on to me. They have supported me in my decisions and although not everything has been rosy they have been able to find the good and the beautiful in life.  ***Here a picture with my parents*** One of my hobbies that I like a lot is volleyball, I try to play it twice a week with my friends. Another thing that I have loved since I was a child is singing, I feel that music fills me with so much energy that I can clean a house or run for a long time. In simple words, music is a gift, it has filled me with a lot of joy and it has also taken away some tears. I think that friends are a very important part of our life and that they become as close to us as a brother, that's why I try hard to be a good friend although honestly it's not easy because of the many activities and worries we have, it's easy to think only about myself, but I try hard to think about my friends how they feel and what I can do to make them feel better, of course not all people are good friends so I'm careful when choosing. Something I don't like about people is when they are very toxic or always talk bad about others, I feel that I don't want that kind of person in my life and I prefer to avoid them. Something I like you to know about me is my relationship with my hair, it has always been a bit complicated but nowadays we are getting better, since I was a little girl I was used to straighten my hair for special occasions and you may wonder why? Well... In the country where I live there is a lot of emphasis on beauty and especially on hair and there has been the idea for a long time that only beautiful people have straight hair, those with frizzy hair are considered and called "bad hair" but nothing could be further from the truth than that. But because straight hair was what is considered beautiful I forced my hair to be of a texture that was not natural, for this reason I decided when I entered high school to flat iron my hair every week without using any type of heat protector or dryer just the straightener directly, after that I decided to have a hair surgery (a very bad decision) because although at the beginning I left it straight I felt like my hair was falling out and losing density, so for the good of my hair I decided to stop flat ironing it thanks to the abundant information that there is everywhere about textures, types of curls, the care you have to give it and how to define it. Although I still don't have 100% curls, I'm on the way, so I decided to cut my hair, a very exciting decision. There is a person in my life who has filled me with many joys, this is my husband, his name is Antuan, he is a very good, patient, loyal and hardworking person. I feel that we both help each other to be better people and that's what having a partner is all about, isn't it? To bring out the best version of you. In addition to his very beautiful qualities I find him to be a physically attractive person from my point of view. We got married last year on the 12th of July 2024 and how fast the time passes by his side, we are almost one year old.
