Nota: No soy médico, lo que comento está basado en mi experiencia personal, de casi 2 años con cáncer de pulmón Estadío IV. En el post anterior comente ciclo 7 y 8, pero nos dimos cuenta de un error en el informe, por lo que, en realidad es el ciclo 8 y 9 del que tratará este articulo (Este error se produjo por un día que no realicé el tratamiento por falta del medicamento y en el informe mi Doctora, lo contó como si lo fuera realizado).
He tenido algo de tiempo sin conectarme, debido la molestia que me causa la pantalla del PC, a esto se me sumó el insomnio que dificultó el descanso por varias semanas. Mostraré la continuidad de los ciclos 8 (09-07-2025) y 9 (06-08-2025) respecto al tratamiento oncológico, aplicación de inmunoterapia con Erlotinib y Bevacizumab.
Ciclo 8 (09-07-2025):
Antes de comenzar con el tratamiento, es necesario proceder con exámenes de sangre, fue realizado el 07-07-2025, esto sirve para evaluar si estoy bien para proceder sin riesgos. Siempre lo envío a mi oncóloga y ella me dice si procede o no. Todo estaba bien así que fui a la consulta. El informe menciona 9º sesión de Bevacizumab, pero en realidad es la 8º que me colocan (para ese momento).
- Consulta:
La primera observación que hizo la doctora fue ver como sigo con la ulcera, va a ser difícil de cicatrizar, el mismo tratamiento lo vuelve difícil, porque está casi igual. Aunque en ese momento estaba seca, siempre se cae la costra. Para esto recomendaron aceite ozonizado y Madecasol en caso de tener mal olor. Sigo con sangrado leve en la nariz y boca, es parte del tratamiento.
Debido a la lesión cerebral, me mandaron debo tomar Somazina 500mg, para ese momento aun no lo había tomado, porque no lo había podido comprar. También debo continuar tomando Omeprazol, para proteger el estómago.
Todo estaba prácticamente igual que la vez pasada, por lo que se procedió con el tratamiento.
- Tratamiento:
Al entrar a la sala de colocación del tratamiento note que la vista estaba bastante nublada, me gusta elegir este puesto, me encanta la vista.
Al rato comenzó a llover, miren como estaba la vista, casi no se podía ver nada por la ventana.
En cuanto a la medicación, primero me agarraron la vía en la vena, lo bueno es que fue un solo pinchazo, siempre doy gracias a Dios cuando se logra a la primera, porque si duele un poco.

Antes de colocar el tratamiento, aplican Omeprazol con una inyectadora, y prosiguen con Ondasetrón.
Después que está listo comienzan con el Bevacizumad 400mg, según el total debe ser de 460mg según mi peso, pero no se puede malgastar con otro de 400mg, ya que se estarían perdiendo 340mg. Siempre acostumbran a forrarlo con papel aluminio, porque es fotosensible.
Al terminar aplican algo que llaman LabaVías, y listo, solo hay que ir a orinar para limpiar un poco el organismo.
En conclusión este día fue todo normal, como ha paso en los anteriores.
Ciclo 9 (06-08-2025):
Antes de comenzar con el ciclo 9, me realicé la hematología para el día 04-08-2025, resultado que fue validado por la doctora para proceder.
Esta consulta fue muy importante fue realizada el 06-08-2025, ya que la semana anterior, presenté insomnio (Es horrible). Por esa razón me volvieron a recetar Alprazolam 1mg. Me iban a recetar una natural llamada Melatonina, pero yo la había probado, y no me causo el efecto del sueño. Algo que me resalto la doctora, es que el sueño en mis condiciones es muy importante, ya que, sino duermo mi cerebro no podrá irse restaurando, por lo que me dice, así sea con pastillas, pero debes dormir.
Importante tomar Somazina, ya comencé a tomarla, este medicamento es el que me ayudará con la salud cerebral. Debe ser continua hasta nuevo aviso. Continuar con el omeprazol.
La ulcera sigue igual, se continua con los cuidados ya descritos con anterioridad.
Después de la consulta, procedí a ir a la otra sala.
- Tratamiento:
Como ya he comentado en veces anteriores, se coloca la vía en primer lugar para poder proceder, en esa ocasión fue un solo pinchazo nuevamente, que éxito.
En resumen, fue el mismo procedimiento ya comentado con anterioridad. Colocación de omeprazol, premedicación, Ondasetrón, Bevacizumab, y de último LabaVías.
En ese día no tome muchas fotos, esta donde estoy ya en pleno tratamiento, silla de Xavier.
En esta ocasión le tomé una foto de mi mamá, quien ha sido mi acompañante en todas las consultas medicas, tratamientos y exámenes. No le gusta tomarse fotos, así que se la tomé sin que se diera cuenta y aún no le he comentado de esta foto. Agradezco mucho a Dios de tener a mi madre conmigo, porque ha sido quien ha estado conmigo siempre batallando contra el cáncer.
Agradezco nuevamente a DIOS, por seguir con vida ante una enfermedad con un índice de bajo de recuperación, como les he comentado estoy en etapa 4, pero aun así he ido mejorando, ciertamente se que eso no significa que deba confiarme. Debo seguir cuidando la alimentación, de hecho, todos deberíamos hacerlo, Que DIOS los bendiga a todos.

This time, I took a picture of my mom, who has been my companion at all medical appointments, treatments, and exams. She doesn't like to have her picture taken, so I took it without her knowing and haven't told her about this photo yet. I am very grateful to God to have my mother with me because she has always been by my side battling against cancer.  I thank GOD again for continuing to live with a disease with a low recovery rate. As I have told you, I am at stage 4, but I have still been improving. I certainly know that this does not mean I should become complacent. I must continue to take care of my diet; in fact, we all should.
