
Celebrating South Africa winning the rugby world cup today and made some healthy burgers, buckwheat, pecan and mushroom burger with tomatoes, avo, spinach, humus and tomato sauce.
First I lightly oil the pan with onions, garlic and pecan.

Then mushrooms.

Then a teaspoon Marmite, half a teaspoon smoked paprika and a pinch of salt cayenne pepper, nutmeg, allspice and coriander with mixed herbs.

Then dump it into the blender.

And some cooked buckwheat.

Then mixed the two up and made patties.


I made the buns myself too, half wholemeal and the other half rye.




What a day for it too, the burgers where awesome.
